技术领域
本发明涉及一种能够手动模式操作的自动变速器的变速杆装置,更具体地,涉及一种转换操作机构模块化的变速杆装置。
背景技术
通常,变速箱基于驾驶情况根据预定的变速模式自动改变换档速度。
驾驶情况只有少数因素反映在变速模式中,因此,在某些特殊情况下,自动变速器自动设定的换档速度不能令人满意。
虽然,为了最大地减少在此特别情况下不当变速的发生进行了大量的调查研究,但是,新的变速方式并不是总能让人人满意。
由于这个缘故,引入了用于自动变速器的手动模式。该附加的模式通过了解到驾驶员的要求并相应地改变换档速度使得能够手动变速。
图1示出配有这种手动模式功能的自动变速器的变速杆操作方式。如图1所示,用于配有这种手动模式功能的自动变速器的变速杆配有手动档位12,其连接到原档位11上,以便通过变速杆的操作检测驾驶员的要求。
手动档位12通常设置成与原档位11平行,并且通过入口(通常称为手动入口)13在“D”变速杆位被连接到原档位11。

因此,本发明提供的改进具有结构更简单的优点,并且,相应地降低自动变速器变速杆装置的制造成本。
本发明实施例中的变速杆装置包括:壳体;变速杆,连接到安装在壳体下部的转动单元,以使变速杆可绕转动单元转动;基座部件,固定到变速杆并且由壳体封闭,以使基座部分根据变速杆的运动而运动;“+”和“-”开关,选择性装在基座部分的二侧,以使“+”和“-”开关根据变速杆的运动选择性地工作;和装在基座的开关操作单元,以使开关操作单元选择性地按压“+”和“-”开关。开关操作单元包括:压盘,装在基座部件的上部,用于根据变速杆的左右运动,选择性按压“+”和“-”开关;和装在压盘的弹簧,用于为其提供恢复力。
优选进一步包括装在基座部件的手动模式开关,以便手动模式开关在手动模式下工作。
在进一步的实施方案中,转动单元包括:沿垂直于变速杆的方向装在壳体下部的铰轴;和基座块,由铰轴可转动地支撑,并且转动支撑基座部件。
更优选地进一步包括锁紧件,固定到壳体,并且穿透压盘。
还优选地进一步包括装在基座的盖,用来遮盖“+”和“-”开关和开关操作单元。
本发明另一实施例中的变速杆装置包括:壳体;可转动地装在壳体的变速杆,可沿预定方向转动;固定在变速杆的基座部件;第一和第二开关,固定在基座,沿预定方向互相分开;压部件,装在基座上,第一和第二开关之间,以便能在压部件和基座部件之间进行运动;弹性部件,与压部件和基座部分相邻,用于提供恢复力,以减少压部件和基座部分之间的相对运动;和锁紧件,用于限制压部件和壳体之间的相对运动。

以下说明本发明的特征,其中,在此应用的能进行手动模式操作的自动变速器的变速杆装置的传统特征不再加以说明。如图中所示,本发明优选实施方案的能进行手动模式操作的自动变速器的变速杆装置,包括:在其最上部的指示器31;壳体30,用于容纳包括变速杆41的所有部件,变速杆41连接到安装在壳体30下部的转动单元,以使变速杆41可绕转动单元转动;基座部件42,固定到变速杆41并且由壳体30所封闭,以使基座部分42根据变速杆41的运动而运动;“+”和“-”开关44和43,各开关装在基座部件42的二侧,以使“+”和“-”开关44和43根据变速杆41的运动选择性地工作;装在基座部件42的开关操作单元,以使开关操作单元选择性地按压“+”和“-”开关44和43;以及装在基座部件42的手动模式开关45,以便手动模式开关45在手动模式下工作。
转动单元包括:沿垂直于变速杆41的方向装在壳体30下部的铰轴32;和基座块33,由铰轴32可转动地支撑,并且用于转动地支撑基座部件42。
开关操作单元包括:压盘46,装在基座部件42的上部,用于根据变速杆41的左右运动,选择性按压“+”和“-”开关44和43;和装在压盘46上的弹簧47,用于为其提供恢复力。
压盘46装在基座部件42上,以便在其间能够进行相对运动,例如,如图5中所示的箭头方向。弹簧47,与基座部件42和压盘46相邻,以使弹簧47产生恢复力,而减少压盘46和基座部件42之间的相对移动。压盘46的相对运动由基座部件42的弧形内壁61引导。
进一步,为了限制压盘46和壳体30之间的相对运动,锁紧件34固定在壳体30,穿过压盘46。
上述部件由盖51所遮盖,如图4所示。即,盖51装到基座部件42上,以便安全地遮盖“+”和“-”开关44和43,开关操作单元,和手动模式开关45。
以下说明本发明优选实施方案中变速杆的操作,但传统变速杆装置也有描述的在此不再解释。
从图中可知,能进行手动模式操作的全部部件都被模块化。即,首先,基座部件42与变速杆41成一体。其次,“+”和“-”开关44和43,压盘46,弹簧47,和手动模式开关45安装在基座部件42,并且由盖51遮盖。
基座部件42可转动地连接到基座块33,该基座块33同样可转动地连接到铰轴32上。因此,变速杆41可以左右转动(即,如图5中箭头方向所示)。
当变速杆41推到图5中“+”的方向时,“+”开关44沿固定到变速杆41的基座部件42运动,同时压盘46的运动被锁紧件34所限制。因此,压盘46按压并启动“+”开关44。
当作用在变速杆41的运动力松开时,通过弹簧47的恢复力,压盘46对“+“开关44的按压被松开。
同样,当变速杆41推到“-”的方向时,压盘46启动“-”开关43,和当“-“方向的动力松开时,通过弹簧47的恢复力,对“-“开关43的按压被松开。
如上所述,根据本发明实施方案的能进行手动模式操作的自动变速器的变速杆有以下作用。
能进行手动模式操作所必需的部件都模块化。因此,变速杆装置的整体尺寸被减小,并且,其生产率增加,进而降低制造成本。
由于必需的部件工作在这样一个模块内,因此,降低了噪音。
进一步,由于装配的稳定性,电接触故障能被最大限度地减少。
虽然以上结合最实际的考虑及优选实施方案对本发明进行了说明,但应能理解,本发明并没有被限制在所公开的实施方案,而是相反,本发明欲意涵盖所附权利要求的精神和范围内的各种变化和等同物。

Claims (6)

1.一种能够手动模式操作的自动变速器的变速杆装置,其特征在于,所述变速杆装置包括
壳体;
变速杆,连接到安装在所述壳体下部的转动单元,以使所述变速杆可绕转动单元转动;
基座部件,固定到所述变速杆并且由壳体封闭,以使所述基座部分根据所述变速杆的运动而运动;
“+”和“-”开关,分别装在所述基座部分的二侧,以使所述“+”和“-”开关根据所述变速杆的运动选择性地工作;和
开关操作单元,装在所述基座,以使所述开关操作单元选择性地按压所述“+”和“-”开关;
所述开关操作单元包括:
压盘,装在所述基座部件的上部,用于根据所述变速杆的左右运动,选择性按压所述“+”和“-”开关;以及
弹簧,装在所述压盘,用于为其提供恢复力。
2.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,进一步包括手动模式开关,装在所述基座部件,以便所述手动模式开关在手动模式下工作。
3.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,所述转动单元包括:
铰轴,沿垂直于所述变速杆的方向装在所述壳体下部;和
基座块,由所述铰轴可转动地支撑,并且转动地支撑所述基座部件。
4.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,进一步包括锁紧件,固定到所述壳体上,并且穿透所述压盘。
5.如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于,进一步包括盖,装在所述基座,用于遮盖所述“+”和“-”开关和开关操作单元。
6.一种自动变速器的变速杆装置,包括:
壳体;
变速杆,转动地装在所述壳体,可沿预定方向转动;
固定在所述变速杆的基座部件;
第一和第二开关,固定在所述基座,沿预定方向互相分开;
压部件,装在所述基座上,在所述第一和第二开关之间,以便能在所述压部件和基座部件之间进行相对运动;
弹性部件,与所述压部件和基座部分相邻,用于提供恢复力,以减少所述压部件和基座部分之间的相对运动;以及
