Abstract

本发明公开了一种船体,特别是一种适于冰区航行的船体,其最小吃水水线与最大吃水水线之间的所有水线的左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角的大小介于20度到26度之间。由于其所有水线的左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角控制在20度至26度之间,因而很好地降低了船体冰区航行时所受的阻力和船舶主机所需的推进功率,同时又保证了船体的排水量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船体,特别是一种适于冰区航行的船体。
背景技术
船舶在冰区航行,阻力较之一般水域明显要大很多,为了用于冰区航行,需满足芬兰-瑞典冰级规范的要求,其主机所需的推进功率较非冰区航行所需的推进功率要大很多;吨位越高的船舶,其所需推进功率也大得越多。例如对于50000载重吨级的油轮,常规非冰区航行所需的推进功率约在10000-11000kW之间,而满足芬兰-瑞典冰级规范所需的推进功率则约20000kW。而一般情况下,船舶需在非冰区航行的时间远大于其需在冰区航行的时间,这样使得满足芬兰-瑞典冰级规范要求的船舶在大部分的非冰区航行的时间内经济性很差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种减小冰区航行阻力,既能满足芬兰-瑞典冰级规范的要求,又能降低船舶主机的推进功率、提高船舶航行的经济性的船体。
本发明的船体,其最小吃水水线与最大吃水水线之间的所有水线的左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角的大小介于20度到26度之间。
由于船舶在冰区航行时,其前方有破冰船为其开路,因此,其航行的主要阻力来自于破冰船开路后形成的碎冰,船舶向前航行时,这些碎冰主要作用于船体的左、右两侧水线的四分之一宽至二分之一宽的位置,那么只要减小船体左、右两侧水线四分之一宽处的进流角的大小就能够很好的降低船体所受的阻力,从而降低船舶主机所需的推进功率。然而进流角也不能太小,如果太小,则其对船体的排水量影响较大,因而将进流角控制在20度至26度之间,这样既保证了船体的排水量,又极大的降低了船舶满足芬兰-瑞典规范所需的推进功率。经模拟实验表明为了满足芬兰-瑞典规范采用本发明所述船体的船舶在冰区航行时,其主机推进功率约为采用一般船体的船舶主机推进功率的55%-60%。

实施例1,所述船体,其最小吃水水线2与最大吃水水线1之间所有水线的左、右两侧四分之一宽度处的进流角3的大小介于20度至26度之间。
实施例2,所述船体,其最小吃水水线2与最大吃水水线1之间的所有水线的左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角3的大小各不相等,最小吃水水线2的宽度的四分之一处的进流角3的大小为26度,最大吃水水线1宽度的四分之一处的进流角3的大小为20度。
实施例3,所述船体,最小吃水水线2左、右两侧宽度的四分之一处的进流角3的大小为26度,最大吃水水线1左、右两侧宽度的四分之一处的进流角3的大小为20度。
实施例4,所述船体,其最小吃水水线2与最大吃水水线1之间的所有水线的左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角3的大小介于20.5度至23.5度之间。
实施例5,所述船体,其最小吃水水线2左、右两侧宽度的四分之一处的进流角3的大小为23.5度,最大吃水水线1左、右两侧宽度的四分之一处的进流角3的大小为20.5度。
实施例6,所述船体,其最小吃水水线2与最大吃水水线1之间的所有水线的左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角3的大小各不相等,最小吃水水线2的宽度的四分之一处的进流角3的大小为23.5度,最大吃水水线1宽度的四分之一处的进流角3的大小为20.5度。
实施例7,最小吃水水线2左、右两侧的宽度的四分之一处的进流角3的大小为25.5度,最大吃水水线1左、右两侧宽度的四分之一处的进流角3的大小为25.5度。
实施例8,所述船体,其最小吃水水线2与最大吃水水线1之间的所有水线的左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角3的大小相等为25.5度。

1.一种船体,其特征在于:船体最小吃水水线(2)和最大吃水水线(1)之间的所有水线的左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角(3)的大小介于20度到26度之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船体,其特征在于:船体最小吃水水线(2)和最大吃水水线(1)之间的所有水线的左、右两侧的四分之一宽处进流角(3)的大小各不相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船体,其特征在于:船体最小吃水水线(2)和最大吃水水线(1)之间的所有水线的左、右两侧的四分之一宽处进流角(3)的大小相等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的船体,其特征在于:船体最小吃水水线(2)的左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角(3)的大小为23.5度,最大吃水水线(1)左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角(3)的大小为20.5度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的船体,其特征在于:船体最小吃水水线(2)左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角(3)的大小为25.5度,最大吃水水线(1)左、右两侧四分之一宽处的进流角(3)的大小为25.5度。
