技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于工业卡车的液压装置。
背景技术
工业卡车设有一个液压装置,利用载重装置方式来提升货物。该装置包括一个驱动马达,大多数是一个电机,一个由电机驱动的泵以及一个阀件。在最简单的情形,由一个用于保持货物的止回阀起动一个缓慢动作的提升油缸,同时从阀件释放一条回路到贮箱,例如通过可开通的止回阀,来降低货物。
已经知道,把电机、泵和阀件组合成在一个公共机壳内的装置,并且直接把机壳放在液体贮箱上,泵从贮箱抽入液体介质。另外,已经知道,不直接把回流的介质送到贮箱,而是在货物下降操作时使它通过一个回流过滤器。
另外,已经知道,回流过滤器的构造使得把包含过滤元件的一个细长过滤筒(一个罩)通过一个开口插入贮箱。一条软管从液压装置的阀件延伸到过滤筒的一个软管接头上,它或者通过闭合开口密封件的贮箱盖,或者甚至通过形成在筒上的一个侧向接头,筒再在开口之上固定到贮箱上。但是,这种类型的回流过滤器具有一些缺点。可能造成泄漏,因为液压装置和回流过滤器之间的软管接头放在外面。 另外,需要脱开回流软管来更换过滤器。至少需要两个密封圈来提供回流软管和贮箱或过滤筒之间的密封。还有,已知的回流过滤器需要较多的单独零件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一个用于工业卡车的液压装置,不会遇到上述缺点,并且减少了结构和操作上的工作量。
为此,本发明提供了一种用于工业卡车的液压装置,包括一个直接装在贮箱上的电机泵装置,一个回流过滤器,一条在电机泵装置和软管接头之间的软管,以及一个用于回流过滤器的阻挡件,回流过滤器具有一个适于通过开口插入贮箱的用于过滤元件的细长过滤筒,一个软管接头,以及一个输出开孔,其中过滤元件设在软管接头和输出开孔之间流动路线中,其特征在于:回流软管在贮箱内延伸,以及软管接头设在贮箱内。
这种过滤装置的方式仅需要三个零件,即一个过滤筒、一个盖和一个过滤元件。但是,按照本发明的一个方面,这仅在软管接头座与过滤筒整体形成时才适用。
另一个优点是不需要脱开回流软管来更换过滤器。仅需要从贮箱的一个带螺纹座上拧下贮箱盖来取出过滤元件。如果在回流软管区域有泄漏,液体介质进入贮箱,而不会进入周围环境。仅需要一个简单的O形垫圈来达到贮箱和过滤器之间的密封。

具体实施方式
在图1到3中,表示了一个紧凑的液压装置10,它带着一个具有公共机壳的电机泵装置12。电机泵装置12的机壳上固定了一个阀箱14,通过它把电机泵装置12安装在液压贮箱16的上侧。一个电磁阀18装到阀箱14上。例如,所描述的液压装置用于起动工业卡车中的一个提升油缸(图中未示)。当开通电机泵装置12的电机时,把液体介质从贮箱16送到提升油缸。阀件提供了一个止回阀,它防止液体介质回流,并且保持提升油缸在设定的位置上。起动电磁阀18,液体介质将从提升油缸回流,即通过一条软管20,它在图2和3中用虚线表示。软管位于贮箱16之内,并且引导到一个过滤装置22,它将参照图4和5做更详细说明。
在图4中描述的过滤装置称为回流过滤器,它具有一个过滤筒24,过滤筒包括一个细长套区26,在其上端形成一个径向法兰28。一个接头座30再形成在法兰28上。过滤筒24用塑料整体制成。接头座30容许包括回流软管20的某些部分32。
套区26的下端部分34被部分地闭合,一个面向上的环形圆柱突出部分36形成在中心下开孔区域。一个环形圆柱过滤芯38位于过滤筒24内,过滤芯的中心通道38a容纳了圆柱突出部分36,过滤芯38的下端靠在封闭的底区34上。过滤芯的上端直径稍大于套区26的内径。
图4也容许包括一个带螺纹的座40,它形成在贮箱16的上侧(也可参见图1到3)。一个贮箱盖42拧在带螺纹座40上,一个O形圈44设在贮箱盖42和座40之间,或者在法兰28之外,实现了该区域中有关贮箱、盖和回流过滤器的密封。在盖42内和过滤筒24或过滤芯38的上侧之间确定了一个空间46。通过回流软管20和接头座30流入回流过滤器22的液体介质(参见箭头)能够流经空间46,并且进入过滤芯38和套区26内壁之间的环形空间48中,从而进入过滤芯38的通道38a(参见箭头)。在图4中可以看到,过滤芯38的外径小于套区26的内径。
图中表示的回流过滤器22仅具有三个零件,即贮箱盖42、过滤筒24,以及过滤芯38。因此,其制造涉及到特别少的工作量。过滤芯38的更换仅需要拧下贮箱盖42。
如果在回流软管20的接头区发生泄漏,或者软管变脆,介质不会流到外面,而是留在贮箱16内。
参照图1的实施例,应该添加:通道38a的上端用一个止回阀50来阻挡空间46。阀仅在空间46中的预定压力下打开。然后油将在未过滤的状态下流回贮箱。
参照图5,应该提到,径向法兰28的下侧上形成两个突起52、54,它们与带螺纹座40上的相配凹孔(图中未示)相互配合。这有助于在预定的转动位置上,把过滤筒24插入座40,即插入贮箱16中。
在一个供替代的图6实施例中,与图4实施例相似的零件采用相同的编号,但添加标记“a”。完全相同的零件没有附加的标记。
在图6中可以理解到,接头座30a的构造用于在套状过滤筒24a下端上的一条软管(图中未示)。通过软管回流的油进入过滤芯38和过滤筒24a相应内壁之间的空间48,从而通过过滤芯流入通道38b,并且再向下流动,如图中接头所示。
也可以设想,在过滤筒24a壁的侧向形成软管接头座。
在图6中,一个座40a进入贮箱16a内部。它具有阴螺纹来接纳盖42a的阳螺纹。座40a在下端具有沿径向向内的法兰,过滤筒24a的一个径向法兰设置在它上面。过滤筒24a的上端设有一个阻挡件,它闭合了向顶上的通道38b和过滤芯38。与图4阀50的作用相当,在通道38b区域可以提供一个节流开孔或阀,它在图中没有详细表示。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于工业卡车的液压装置,包括一个直接装在贮箱上的电机泵装置,一个回流过滤器,一条在电机泵装置和软管接头之间的软管(20),以及一个用于回流过滤器的阻挡件,回流过滤器具有一个适于通过开口插入贮箱的用于过滤元件的细长过滤筒,一个软管接头,以及一个输出开孔,其中过滤元件设在软管接头和输出开孔之间流动路线中,其特征在于:回流软管(20)在贮箱(16)内延伸,以及软管接头设在贮箱内。
2.按照权利要求1的液压装置,特征在于:开口适于由一个贮箱盖(42,42a)闭合,面向盖的过滤筒(24)一端具有一个形成软管接头的径向增大区(28),盖(42)适于拧在贮箱(16)的带螺纹座(40)上,使得在面向盖的过滤筒(24)一端和盖(42)之间,形成了把过滤筒(24)内部与软管接头(32)连接的一个空间(46)。
3.按照权利要求1的液压装置,特征在于:软管接头(30)设在面向贮箱(16a)内部的过滤筒(24)一端。
4.按照权利要求1的液压装置,特征在于:过滤筒(24)和软管接头(30,30a)由塑料整体形成。
5.按照权利要求1到4中任何一条的液压装置,特征在于:密封圈(44)设在盖(42)和过滤筒(24)圆周区以及带螺纹座(40)自由端之间。
6.按照权利要求1到4中任何一条的液压装置,特征在于:突起(52,54)设在过滤筒(24)上,以过滤筒(24)的预定转动位置与凹孔或开口的突起相互配合。
