A.发明领域
本发明主要涉及水龙头。更具体地本发明涉及供水龙头使用的换向阀,此水龙头具有一个排水出口,一个分开的喷射出口和一个防止虹吸的部件。
B.现有技术
与厨房水龙头接合的手动喷射功能已经存在50多年了。在拉出喷头上的出口阀通常引起水压变化,此变化触发换向阀,使其切断向排水口的水流,同时进行喷水。
用于这样目的现有技术的换向阀的缺点是它们易于被外来的颗粒堵塞。即使某些设计已经装有旁路,尽量减小堵塞问题,但由于制造公差还有一些困难。大多数其他换向阀不能提供百分之百的切断排水口。对于现有技术的换向阀还存在的问题是,它们难以组装和/或加工。其它的问题有在阀体内安装的问题。易受影响性、复杂性、和高成本也是问题。此外在这样系统中装入和提供充分防止虹吸的保护问题。
发明概述
在一方面,本发明提供一种带阀壳的水龙头,此阀壳有通向第一腔的流体入口和从第一腔引出的流体出口。阀部件位于第一腔内,用于在入口和出口之间调节流体的流量。出口有通向排水口的第一支路、通向喷射构件的第二支路与在两个支路交叉点的第二腔。换向阀位于第二腔之内或邻近第二腔,换向阀有一个与第一支路径向密封啮合的套筒,并有一个通过此套筒的轴向通道。一个阀构件在操作上连在套筒上,以便相对其往复运动,此阀构件包括第一头状物,用于沿一个方向打开和关闭穿过套筒的通道。阀构件还包括第二头状物,该第二头状物有单向密封阀,该阀与具有第二头状物的第二支路密封地啮合。重要的是,第二头状物也构成和排列成与套筒上的阀座可靠的接触。
当喷射构件关闭时,第一头状物被迫移离密封位置并允许流体流向排水口。当喷射构件打开时,流体压力将使换向阀切断从入口流向排水口的流体并允许流体流过第二头状物进入喷射构件中。万一流体入口的压力下降,由于单向密封件密封在第二支路的表面上以及第二头状物与套筒的阀座的接触提供了辅助保护,因而可防止喷头中从喷头流向第二腔的反向流体流动。
优选地是,阀构件包括连接第一和第二头状物的颈状部分。在另一方面,第二头状物的直径大于第一头状物。在再一方面,此阀有导向凸缘,用于引导阀构件在套筒中作往复运动。在另一个实施方案中,此套筒阀部件包括减小了直径的腰状部分,此部分带有至少一个位于第二腔附近的开口。
因此本发明的目的包括:
a.提供一种上述类型的换向阀构件,它减小了向回虹吸的危险,不需要在喷射部件上或喷头管线上安装止回阀;
b.提供一种上述类型的换向阀构件,它可容易地和高效地被安装;
c.提供一种上述类型的换向阀构件,它可用很少零件制造,因此降低了成本;
d.提供一种上述类型的换向阀构件,它容易组装;
e.提供一种上述类型的换向阀构件,它能完全切断阀的排水口;和
f.提供一种上述类型的换向阀构件,它可被组装或改装,装到各种各样阀室中。
本发明的这些和其他目的和优点从下面的叙述中会更明确。在以下的详述中,参照附图将叙述本发明的一个优选的实施方案。此方案不代表本发明的整个领域。相反地,本发明可以应用在其他的实施方案中。

对优选实施方案的叙述
参照图1和图4,示出的换向阀总的用10标记,该换向阀结合于总的用12标记的水龙头,水龙头有阀壳14和一个腔15。在阀壳14上有热水和冷水通道16和17,以便向腔15供给热水,和例如通过冷水管18向腔15供给冷水。筒形插装式阀23设置在腔15内并通过安装螺母25保持在腔内,在安装螺母25上面放置盖26。阀23是陶瓷圆盘式的,有一个固定的圆盘,此圆盘带有在其内延伸的热水和冷水通道和一个可用杆28操作的活动圆盘。杆28例如用螺钉27连在手柄31上。水从阀23流过出口孔30并进入出口通道29,在那里水进入阀壳14上的第二和非同轴的连接通道33中。阀套筒19包围阀体14并用O-型圈和密封垫21、22与其密封。
参照图2-5,可见连接通道33与第一出口支路35和第二出口支路36连接。换向阀10放在腔33内,并有一个用O形圈47密封地啮合在第一支路35中的套筒38。换向阀10通过阀套筒19和从套筒38伸出的凸出物38a固定就位于阀壳14上,以便与向内伸出的壁部分19a保持接触。在套筒38上的摩擦凸出物28b也有助于这种保持接触。提升式阀构件42有相对的活塞头43和45,而头43有一个连接其上的密封构件44,例如通过帽41摩擦地啮合在扩大的头39上。如特别在图3所示,密封构件44与套筒38内的邻近通道40的阀座55处于密封啮合状况。
阀构件42有一个颈状部分,此颈部分连接相对的活塞头部43和45。导向凸缘52从颈部分48延伸以便为套筒38内的颈部分48提供一个导向表面。套筒38有一个腰部或减少了直径的部分53,减小直径部分带有相对的允许水进入套筒38里面的开口32和46。密封构件51用连接器帽58连到活塞头45上。密封构件51有一个凸缘59,能密封地啮合在第二出口支路36内。锥形壁56在壁54和第二出口支路36之间延伸。
图5显示换向阀处于排水口打开的状况,这时水从筒形插装式阀23流出。在这种情况下喷嘴57连到喷射出口管线66上,管线66通过如图4所示的通道65与第二出口支路36相通。喷嘴57总是关闭的。在腔33中形成水压,因此迫使阀构件42如图5中所示向右移动,从而将密封构件44移离阀座55并使水流沿流动箭头的方向通过。水从套筒38围绕活塞密封构件44流入阀体14内的通道60中并到达相反侧,如图1中所见,在相反侧水流过孔62,最后进入从套筒19伸出的排水口64中。
在喷嘴57处于打开状况下的场合,水通过喷射出口管线66。这种情况将引起阀构件42如图3所示向左移动,因此关闭此路径,此路径包括通过套筒38的通道40,因为密封构件44现在可密封地与阀座55啮合。然而,水是自由的围绕活塞头45和密封件51的外边流动。这是通过凸缘59的向内偏移而实现的,因为当阀10处于喷射口打开状况下流体从腔33流至通道65。
换向阀10提供一种防虹吸特性的优点。这通过带有凸缘59的密封件51实现的。如果喷嘴留在脏水中和在水供给通道16和17中存在压力损失,则从喷嘴57的回流可以防止。本发明的重要特点是通过密封件51和啮合支路管线36的凸缘59实现的密封以及通过活塞头45与套筒38的密封件61的接合实现的辅助密封。这样起一个辅助闭合的作用。
因此应当理解,提供了一种换向阀10,其中,在喷嘴功能正在发生时对排水口实现水的完全阻断的作用。这是通过活塞头43和密封构件44响应对较大活塞头45的流体压力相对于阀座55的移动而实现的。另外,组装容易,因为阀构件42可以很快组装到套筒38内和导向凸缘52可以容易进入套筒38的孔中。然后阀密封构件44越过扩大的头部39和帽41固定其上。然后在套筒38内接收阀构件42。类似地,密封构件51越过扩大的活塞头45和帽58固定其上。
换向阀10的另一特点是简化了结构。它包括三种相当简单的注射模制件42和38与两种合成橡胶密封件44和51、O型圈47及帽41和58。
本发明的阀的又另一特点是换向阀的设计在于或手工或通过自动组装容易将换向阀放入水龙头阀壳内。
这样,本发明提供了一种改进的换向阀构件。尽管上面已经叙述了一个优选的实施方案,但对那些在本领域熟悉的人应容易地理解:许多改进和变化可以完成而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。例如,尽管杯状密封件51已经表示为通过帽58被固定在阀构件42上,但它可以通过其它紧固方法例如螺钉固定在其上。密封构件44可用类似方法被固定。另外,尽管杯状密封件51已被叙述具有一个凸缘59与活塞头45配合,但密封件51可以有其他的几何构型。还有,所述的特殊材料不是唯一可用的材料。在本发明精神内的所有这些和其他改进意味着在本发明的范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种水龙头包括:一个阀壳,它有通向第一腔的流体入口和从第一腔引出的流体出口;
一个阀部件,它位于腔内,用于调节在入口和出口间的流体流量;
该出口有通向排水口的第一支路、通向喷射构件的第二支路和在两个支路交叉点上的第二腔;
一个换向阀,它位于第二腔之内或邻近第二腔,换向阀具有与第一支路径向密封啮合的套筒,和有穿过此套筒的轴向通道;
一个阀构件,可操作地连至此套筒上以便相对套筒往复运动,此阀构件包括第一头状物,用于沿一个方向打开和关闭穿过此套筒的通道,此阀构件还包括与第二支路径向密封的第二头状物,此第二头状物还被建造和排列成可以与套筒上的阀座接触;

2.如权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,阀构件包括连接第一和第二头状物的颈部分。
3.如权利要求2所述的水龙头,其特征在于,第二头状物较第一头状物的直径大。
4.如权利要求2所述的水龙头,其特征在于,阀构件有导向凸缘,用于引导阀构件在套筒内的往复运动。
5.如权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,套筒包括具有减小直径的腰部分在靠近空腔的减小直径部分具有至少一个开口。
6.如权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,套筒有至少一个凸出部,用于保持与水龙头阀壳接触。
