Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para elaborar un producto a base de plantas que comprende mezclar vegetales, legumbres y/o cereales y, opcionalmente, un extracto vegetal, preparar un agente aglutinante al mezclar fibra dietética y proteína, mezclar los vegetales, legumbres y/o cereales y agente aglutinante y, opcionalmente, extracto vegetal, y moldear en una forma. También se proporciona un producto a base de plantas obtenido mediante el proceso de la invención.
