Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind stabile flüssige Waschmittel auf Polyacrylatbasis, die ein Bleichmittel enthalten und als alleiniges Waschmittel für das maschinelle Geschirrspülen verwendet werden können. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft demzufolge flüssige Waschmittel, die (a) 0,5 bis 7% von Polymeren der Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure oder Hydroxyacrylsäure oder eines Gemisches dieser Säuren, wobei auf die freie Säure berechnet ist, (b) 0,4 bis 6% eines chlorbeständigen Phosphonats oder organischen Phosphats als Sequestriermittel, und (c) 3 bis 15% Natriumhypochlorit, sowie Natrium- und/oder Kaliumhydroxid und/oder Kaliummetasilikat enthalten, deren pH 13 oder höher ist, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis der Natriumionen zu den Kaliumionen höchstens 1:1 ist. Das Waschmittel kann weiter enthalten: (d) bis zu 12% eines Natrium- oder Kalium-Polyphosphats, (e) bis zu 1,5% eines Natrium- oder Kalium-Toluolsulfonats, (f) bis zu 10% Kaliumcarbonat, (g) bis zu 1,5% eines chlorbeständigen, schaumarmen Tensids. Damit der pH-Wert des Waschmittels 13 oder höher ist, ist im allgemeinen der Zusatz von 10 bis 22% Natrium- und/oder Kaliumhydroxid und/oder Kaliummetasilikat erforderlich. Die Konzentration aller Komponenten im Wasser beträgt dann 20 bis 60 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Waschmittels. Die bevorzugten Mengen der verschiedenen Komponenten sind wie folgt: Komponente (a): 1-4% Komponente (b): 1-3% Komponente (c): 4-8% Komponente (d): 4-9% Komponente (e): 0,5-1,5% Komponente (f): 1-6% Komponente (g): 0,2-1% Natrium- und/oder Kaliumhydroxid und/oder Kaliummetasilikat: 12-18%. Die Konzentration in Wasser aller Komponenten beträgt vorzugsweise 25 bis 40%. Als Komponente (a), den Polymeren oder Copolymeren der Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure und/oder Hydroxyacrylsäure, sind vor allem die Polyacryl- bzw. Poly-a-hydroxyacrylsäuren geeignet, die unter verschiedenen Bezeichnungen im Handel sind. Ihr mittleres Molekulargewicht liegt zwischen 500 und 1 000 000, bevorzugt 1000 bis 500 000, speziell etwa 2500 bis 150 000 (gemessen mit Gel-Permeationschromatographie GPC). Diese Polyacrylsäuren werden bevorzugt als wässrige Lösungen eingesetzt und mit der zugegebenen Natrium- oder Kalilauge neutralisiert, so dass im Waschmittel die Salzform vorliegt. Das als Sequestriermittel eingesetzte Phosphonat oder Phosphat muss chlorbeständig sein und hat z.B. die folgende chemische Zusammensetzung: EMI2.1 N-Oxid der Amino (trimethylenphosphorsäure) (Handelsname: SEQUION OA der Fa. Bozzetto, Bergamo) EMI2.2 1-Hydroxyäthan-1,1-diphosphonsäure oder EMI3.1 2-Phosphonbutan-1,2,4-tricarbonsäure (PBTC) (Handelsname: BAYHIBIT AM der BAYER AG, Leverkusen) Als chlorbeständig wird ein Sequestriermittel oder Tensid bezeichnet, wenn der Chlorgehalt des Waschmittels (durch Titration zu bestimmen) nicht mit der Zeit abnimmt, d.h. dass das Sequestriermittel bzw. Tensid nicht durch Chlor abgebaut wird. Das Natriumhypochlorit wird als 30%ige wässrige Lösung, z.B. die übliche 14% Chlor enthaltende Lösung eingesetzt. Als Natrium- oder Kaliumpolyphosphat kommen die bekannten, in Waschmitteln gebräuchlichen Polyphosphate, vor allem Natriumtripolyphosphat in Frage. Wenn Natriumtripolyphosphat und/oder Natriumtoluolsulfonat eingesetzt wird und/oder Natriumhydroxid zur Neutralisierung der Komponente (a) bzw. zur Einstellung des pH-Wertes benutzt wird, muss darauf geachtet werden, dass das Verhältnis der Natriumionen zu den Kaliumionen unter 1:1 bleibt, um die Löslichkeit der verschiedenen Komponenten zu gewährleisten und Auskristallisierungen zu vermeiden. Vorzugsweise liegt das Verhältnis der Natriumionen zu den Kaliumionen - in Abwesenheit von Metasilikat und Polyphosphat zwischen 1:2 und 1:3; - in Anwesenheit von Metasilikat und Abwesenheit von Polyphosphat zwischen 1:20 und 1:3; - in Anwesenheit von Kaliummetasilikat und Polyphosphat zwischen 1:2 und 1:1 und - in Anwesenheit von Polyphosphat und Abwesenheit von Metasilikat zwischen 1:2 und 1:1,5. Als chlorbeständige, schaumarme Tenside kommen die als solche bekannten Tenside, z.B. Aminoxide und vor allem vollständig carboxymethylierte Polyglykoläther, wie das unter dem Handelsnamen Sandopan D-PC bekannte Produkt, in Frage. Das erfindungsgemässe Waschmittel kann als alleiniges Waschmittel für das maschinelle Geschirrspülen bei allen gängigen Waschtemperaturen, d.h. 20-100 DEG C, eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt wird es in einer Konzentration von 25-40 Gew.-% (Trockengewicht der Aktivsubstanz bezogen auf die wässrige Lösung) verwendet bzw. der Waschflotte zugesetzt. Die Verdünnbarkeit ist unerwartet sehr gut, ebenso wie die Stabilität der konzentrierten Lösung. Dies wird durch die gute Dosierung der Komponenten (a), (b), (c) und (d) erreicht, wie dies in den oben erwähnten Konzentrationsbereichen angegeben ist. Die zu verwendenden Mengen richten sich wie immer nach dem Grad der Verschmutzung. Üblicherweise werden 1-5 g/Liter der Lösung eingesetzt. Die erfindungsgemässen Waschmittel besitzen eine besonders ausgeprägte Reinigungswirkung gegen hartnäckige Verschmutzung, z.B. mit Protein, Fettstoffen, \len, Fetten u.ä. Sie sind für alle Geschirrspülanlagen geeignet und können in Haushalts- wie in gewerblichen Anlagen eingesetzt werden. Sie sind biologisch abbaubar, schaumarm und hartwasserverträglich. Die Herstellung der vorgenannten Waschmittel erfolgt so, dass man in eine wässrige Lösung des Metasilikats oder des Kaliumhydroxids die übrigen Komponenten einrührt, und zwar in der in den Beispielen genannten Reihenfolge, schliesslich entmineralisiertes Wasser zufügt, um die gewünschte Konzentration zu erreichen, und rührt, bis Homogenität erreicht ist. In den Beispielen sind Teile Gewichtsteile, Prozente Gewichtsprozente. Die Temperaturangaben erfolgen in Celsiusgraden. Beispiele Die folgenden Komponenten werden in der angegebenen Reihenfolge in entmineralisiertem Wasser gelöst und gerührt. 1. Kaliummetasilikat als 40%ige Lösung 2. Kaliumhydroxid als 50%ige Lösung 3. Polyacrylsäure (MG 100 000) halb neutralisiert (Natriumsalz) als 29%ige Lösung 4. Polyacrylsäure (MG 4500) als 49%ige Lösung. 5. chlorbeständiges Phosphat (Handelsname SEQUION OA) als 43%ige Lösung 6. chlorbeständiges Phosphonat (Handelsname BAYHIBIT AM) als 50%ige Lösung 7. 1-Hydroxyäthan-1,1-diphosphonsäure als 60%ige Lösung 8. Natriumtoluolsulfonat als 33%ige Lösung 9. Kaliumtoluolsulfonat als 40%ige Lösung 10. Natriumtripolyphosphat 11. Natriumhypochlorit als 14% Aktivchlor enthaltende 30%ige Lösung 12. Natriumhydroxid als 30%ige Lösung 13. Kaliumcarbonat 14. chlorbeständiges Tensid (Handelsname Sandopan D-PC) als 25%ige Lösung. Die eingesetzten Mengen sind in der Tabelle I, der Feststoffgehalt der Komponenten in der erhaltenen Lösung in der Tabelle II angegeben. In allen Fällen wird eine dünnflüssige, leicht gelbliche Lösung erhalten, die von 0 bis 50 DEG stabil ist und eine sehr gute Waschwirkung sowohl bei 20 DEG (kaltes Wasser) als auch bei Kochtemperatur aufweist. Claims (10)
1. Stabile flüssige Waschmittel, enthaltend
(a) 0,5 bis 7% von Polymeren der Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure oder Hydroxyacrylsäure oder eines Gemisches dieser Säuren, wobei auf die freie Säure berechnet ist,
(b) 0,4 bis 6% eines chlorbeständigen Phosphonats oder organischen Phosphats als Sequestriermittel, und
(c) 3 bis 15% Natriumhypochlorit,
sowie Natrium- und/oder Kaliumhydroxid und/oder Kaliummetasilikat, deren pH 13 oder höher ist, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis der Natriumionen zu den Kaliumionen höchstens 1:1 ist.
2. Waschmittel nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses weiter enthält
(d) bis zu 12% eines Natrium- oder Kalium-Polyphosphats,
(e) bis zu 1,5% eines Natrium- oder Kalium-Toluolsulfonats,
(f) bis zu 10% Kaliumcarbonat,
(g) bis zu 1,5% eines chlorbeständigen, schaumarmen Tensids.

Waschmittel nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente (a) eine Polyacryl- und/oder Poly- alpha -hydroxyacrylsäure mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht von 500 bis 1 000 000, bevorzugt 1000-500 000 darstellt.
4. Waschmittel nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konzentration im Wasser aller Komponenten 20 bis 60 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Waschmittels, beträgt.
5. Waschmittel nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 10 bis 22% Natrium- und/oder Kaliumhydroxid und/oder Kaliummetasilikat anwesend sind, die zur Neutralisierung der Säure und zur Einstellung des pH dienen.

Waschmittel nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, in Abwesenheit von Metasilikat und Polyphosphat, das Verhältnis der Natriumionen zu den Kaliumionen zwischen 1:2 und 1:3 liegt.
7. Waschmittel nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, in Anwesenheit von Kaliummetasilikat und Abwesenheit von Polyphosphat, das Verhältnis der Natriumionen zu den Kaliumionen zwischen 1:20 und 1:3 liegt.
8. Waschmittel nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, in Anwesenheit von Kaliummetasilikat und Polyphosphat, das Verhältnis der Natriumionen zu den Kaliumionen zwischen 1:2 und 1:1 liegt.

Waschmittel nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, in Anwesenheit von Polyphosphat und Abwesenheit von Metasilikat, das Verhältnis der Natriumionen zu den Kaliumionen zwischen 1:2 und 1:1,5 liegt.
10. Gewerbliche Verwendung der Waschmittel nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 9 als alleiniges Waschmittel für das maschinelle Geschirrspülen.
