Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind ferner Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, die als Wirkstoff Verbindungen der Formel I neben üblichen Formulierungshilfsmitteln und Inertstoffen enthalten.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I erhält man, indem man a) Verbindungen der Formel II R.

40 a) Die Phosphorverbindungen der Formel III (B = SY) reagieren mit den Chloracetaniliden der Formel II (A = Hai) ohne Schwierigkeiten, wobei vorteilhaft Temperaturen zwischen 0° und + 120°C, vorzugsweise +10° bis +80°C, angewendet werden.
45 Es ist ratsam, das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren in Gegenwart eines gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittels durchzuführen. In Betracht kommen in erster Linie niedere aliphatische Ketone wie Aceton oder Methyläthylketon, Alkanole wie Methanol, 50 Äthanol oder Isopropanol, Ester wie Essigsäureäthylester, Nitrile, N-alkylierte Säureamide wie Dimethylformamid, Äther wie Dioxan, Glykoldimethyläther oder Tetrahydro-furan, chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Chloroform oder Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und Wasser sowie Gemische solcher 55 Lösungsmittel.
Die Reaktion erfolgt unter Austausch des Halogenatoms der Chloracetanilide. Daher führt man die Umsetzung zweckmässig entweder unter Zusatz säurebindender Mittel oder mit den Salzen, insbesondere mit Alkalimetall- und 60 Ammoniumsalzen der Phosphorverbindungen, durch. Als säurebindende Mittel sind die Alkalimetallhydroxide und -carbonate bevorzugt; es können aber auch tertiäre Stickstoffbasen wie Pyridin oder Triäthylamin verwendet werden.
Die Halogenessigsäureanilide der Formel II und ihre Her-65 Stellung sind in der Literatur beschrieben.
Die SY-Verbindungen gemäss der Formel III sind bekannt und nach üblichen Methoden leicht zugänglich.
Umgekehrt kann man auch Thioglykolsäureanilide

(Formel II, A = SY) mit Halogen-phosphorverbindungen (Formel III, B = Hai) umsetzen, wobei im Falle A = SH ebenfalls vorteilhaft in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels gearbeitet wird. Im allgemeinen werden etwa stöchiome-trische Mengen der Reaktionspartner angewendet, jedoch kann ein Überschuss der Verbindung der Formel III von 5-10% vorteilhaft sein.
Die Reaktion wird vorzugsweise in Gegenwart eines unter Reaktionsbedingungen inerten Lösungsmittels durchgeführt. Als solche sind z.B. die oben genannten verwendbar. Die Reaktionstemperaturen können innerhalb eines grösseren Bereiches variiert werden, vorzugsweise arbeitet man zwischen +50° und + 120°C. Als säurebindende Mittel sind ebenfalls die oben genannten verwendbar.
Die Thioglykolsäureanilide gemäss Formel II lassen sich nach literaturbekannten Methoden herstellen. Die Halogen-phosphorverbindungen der Formel III sind bekannt und nach üblichen Methoden leicht zugänglich.
b) Das Verfahren b) verläuft in der ersten Stufe (Umsetzung von III mit IV) entsprechend dem Verfahren a). Das Zwischenprodukt der Formel V kann ohne Isolierung, d.h. in einem Eintopfverfahren, direkt der Aminolyse unterworfen werden, wobei man bei Temperaturen von 0-150°C arbeiten kann. Die Reaktionstemperatur richtet sich dabei nach der Reaktionsfähigkeit des Restes OR4; aktivierte Ester wie z.B. Phenylester reagieren bereits bei niederer Temperatur.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I haben insektizide, akari-zide und nematozide Eigenschaften.
Als Insektizide und Akarizide werden die Verbindungen der Formel I sowohl durch Kontakt als auch durch Frass wirksam und eignen sich somit zur Vernichtung zahlreicher Schädlinge einschliesslich ihrer Entwicklungsstadien an den verschiedensten Kulturpflanzen bei guter Pflanzenverträglichkeit. So können verschiedene Spinnmilbenarten, wie die Obstbaumspinnmilbe (Metatetranychus ulmi), die Citrus-spinnmilbe (Panonychus citri) und die Bohnenspinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae), darunter auch Phosphorsäureester-resistente Stämme, gut bekämpft werden.
Zum Teil zeigen die Verbindungen der Formel I eine gute Durchdringungswirkung bei Pflanzen. Dies hat z.B. zur Folge, dass Schädlinge auf der Blattunterseite abgetötet werden, auch wenn nur die Blattoberseite behandelt worden ist.
Viele für Kulturpflanzen schädliche Insekten mit saugenden und beissenden Mundwerkzeugen lassen sich mit den Verbindungen der Formel I vernichten. Genannt seien Käfer wie der Mexikanische Bohnenkäfer (Epilachna varivestis), Kartoffelkäfer (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), Zottige Blütenkäfer (Epicometis hirta), Erdfloh-Käfer (Phyllotreta spp.), Erdbeerstengelstecher (Coenorrhinus germanicus) und Baumwollkapselkäfer (Anthonomus grandis), Schmetterlinge und deren Larven wie der ägyptische und der altweltliche Baumwollkapselwurm (Earias insulana bzw. Heliothis armigera), Wickler, insbesondere Apfelwickler (Carpocapsa pomonella), Eichenwickler(Tortrix viridana), Fruchtschalenwickler (Adoxophyes reticulana), Maiszünsler (Ostrinia nubilalis) und Frostspanner (Operophthera bramata), Blattläuse wie die Schwarze Bohnenlaus (Doralis fabae), Grüne Pfirsichlaus (Myzodes persicae) und Baumwallblattlaus (Aphis gossypii), und Wanzen, z.B. Baumwollwanzen (Onco-peltus fasciatus und Dysderas spp., insbesondere fasciatus). Ausserdem werden Schildzecken an Haustieren bekämpft, wie z.B. Hyalomma marginatum, Rhipicephalus evertsi, Amblyomma hebraeum und Boophilus microplus.
Weiterhin haben die Verbindungen der Formel I eine ausgezeichnete Wirkung gegen pflanzenschädigende Nematoden, beispielsweise solchen der Gattungen Meloidogyne, Heterodera, Ditylenchus und Aphelenchoides.
Vorteilhaft sind auch die günstigeren Warmblütertoxizi-täten der Verbindungen, vor allem der halogen-substituierten Verbindungen gegenüber analogen, in Aromaten unsubstitu-ierten Phosphorsäureestern.
Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel enthalten die Wirkstoffe der Formel I im allgemeinen zu 2-80 Gew.-%. Sie können als benetzbare Pulver, emulgierbare Konzentrate, versprühbare Lösungen, Stäubemittel oder Granulate in den üblichen Zubereitungen angewendet werden.
Benetzbare Pulver sind in Wasser gleichmässig dispergier-bare Präparate, die neben dem Wirkstoff ausser einem Ver-dünnungs- oder Inertstoff noch Netzmittel, z.B. polyoxäthy-lierte Alkylphenole, polyoxäthylierte Oleyl- oder Stearyl-amine, Alkyl- oder Alkylphenyl-sulfonate und Dispergiermittel, z.B. ligninsulfonsaures Natrium, 2,2'-dinaphthyl-methan-6,6'-disulfonsaures Natrium, oder auch oleylmethyl-taurinsaures Natrium enthalten.
Emulgierbare Konzentrate werden durch Auflösen des Wirkstoffes in einem organischen Lösungsmittel, z.B. Butanol, Cyclohexanon, Dimethylformamid, Xylol oder auch höher siedenden Aromaten erhalten.
Stäubemittel erhält man durch Vermählen des Wirkstoffes mit fein verteilten festen Stoffen, z.B. Talkum, natürlichen Tonen wie Kaolin, Bentonit, Pyrophyllit oder Diatomeenerde.
Versprühbare Lösungen, wie sie vielfach in Sprühdosen gehandelt werden, enthalten den Wirkstoff in einem organischen Lösungsmittel gelöst, daneben befindet sich z.B. als Treibmittel ein Gemisch von Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoffen.
Granulate können entweder durch Verdüsen des Wirkstoffes auf adsorptionsfähiges, granuliertes Inertmaterial hergestellt werden oder durch Aufbringen von Wirkstoffkonzentraten mittels Klebemitteln, z.B. Polyvinylalkohol, polyacryl-saurem Natrium oder auch Mineralölen auf die Oberfläche von Trägerstoffen, wie Sand, Kaolinite, oder von granuliertem Inertmaterial. Auch können geeignete Wirkstoffzubereitungen in der für die Herstellung von Düngemittelgranalien üblichen Weise - gewünschtenfalls in Mischung mit Düngemitteln - hergestellt werden.
In benetzbaren Pulvern variiert die Wirkstoffkonzentration z.B. zwischen etwa 10% und 80%, der Rest besteht aus den oben angegebenen Formulierungszusätzen. Bei emulgier-baren Konzentraten ist die Wirkstoffkonzentration etwa 10% bis 70%. Staubförmige Formulierungen enthalten meistens 5-20% an Wirkstoff, versprühbare Lösungen etwa 2-20%. Bei Granulaten hängt der Wirkstoffgehalt z.T. davon ab, ob die wirksame Verbindung flüssig oder fest vorliegt und welche Granulierhilfsmittel, Füllstoffe usw. verwendet werden.
Zur Anwendung werden die handelsüblichen Konzentrate gegebenenfalls in üblicher Weise verdünnt, z.B. bei benetzbaren Pulvern und emulgierbaren Konzentraten mittels Wasser. Staubförmige und granulierte Zubereitungen sowie versprühbare Lösungen werden vor der Anwendung nicht mehr mit weiteren inerten Stoffen verdünnt.
Zur Bekämpfung von Nematoden können die Wirkstoffe in Form von Stäuben, Granulaten oder wässrigen Suspensionen auf den zu behandelnden Boden aufgebracht und anschliessend durch Hacken oder Fräsen in den Boden eingearbeitet werden. Falls es sich um flüchtige Mittel handelt, kommt auch eine Bodenbefassung in Betracht.
Der Wirkstoff der Formel I kann mit anderen Insektiziden, Fungiziden, Nematoziden und Herbiziden kombiniert werden.

Beispiel D
Ein Granulat besteht z.B. aus etwa
2-15 Gew.-Teilen Methandithiophosphonsäure-S-[N-(4- 40 chlorphenyI)-N-isopropylcarbamoyl]-0-äthylester als Wirkstoff und einem inerten Granulatträgermaterial wie z.B. Atta-pulgit, Bimsgranulat und/oder Quarzsand.

Herstellungsbeispiele Allgemeine Vorschriften:
A) Zu einer Lösung oder Suspension von 0,10-0,11 Mol eines Ammoniumsalzes einer Phosphorverbindung der Formel III (B = SNH4) in 200 ml Glykoldimethyläther gibt so man bei Raumtemperatur unter Rühren 0,1 Mol eines Chlor-acetanilids der Formel II (A = Cl). Man rührt ca. 3-5 Stunden bei 50°C, saugt vom ausgefallenen Salz ab, verdünnt das Filtrat mit ca. 400 ml Benzol, wäscht die organische Phase gründlich mit Wasser und trocknet über Natriumsulfat. Nach ss dem Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels hinterbleiben die Verfahrensprodukte als Öle, die zum Teil beim Anreiben kristallisieren.
Zu demselben Ergebnis gelangt man, wenn man anstelle von Glycoldimethyläther ein anderes der unter a) auf Seite 3 genannten Lösungsmittel verwendet bzw. die Reaktion bei erhöhter Temperatur (+80°C) durchführt.
B) Zu einer Lösung oder Suspension von 0,10-0,11 Mol eines (Thio) Phosphonsäurechlorids der Formel III (B = Cl) in 200 ml Glycoldimethyläther gibt man bei 50-120°C unter Rühren 0,1 Mol eines Thioglycolsäureanilids der Formel II (A = SH) in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels. Man rührt einige Stunden bei 80-120°C und arbeitet auf wie unter A.
Dasselbe Ergebnis erhält man, wenn man anstelle von Glycoldimethyläther ein anderes der unter a) auf Seite 3 genannten Lösungsmittel verwendet.
C) 1. Stufe
0,2 Mol Thioglykolsäuremethylester und 0,2 Mol Methyl-O-äthylthiophosphonsäurechlorid werden in 250 ml Toluol gelöst und unter Rühren bei 0-5°C tropfenweise mit 0.21 Mol Triäthylamin versetzt. Nach Beendigung des Zutropfens wird noch 2 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur nachgerührt. Das ausgefallene Triäthylamin-hydrochlorid wird abgesaugt, das Filtrat mit Wasser gewaschen, getrocknet und im Vakuum eingeengt. Die gewünschte Verbindung der Formel V (R4=CH3, R2=CH3, R3—C2H5) fällt als gelbes Öl an.
Die Verbindung V kann auch auf folgende Weise hergestellt werden:
0.2 Mol Chloressigsäuremethylester werden zu einer Lösung von 0.21 Mol Ammonium-methyl-O-äthyl-dithio-phosphonat in 250 ml Glykoldimethyläther bei 10-15°C getropft. Man rührt 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur nach, versetzt den Ansatz mit 0,51 Toluol und wäscht dreimal mit Wasser. Die organische Phase wird über Na2SÜ4 getrocknet und im Vakuum eingedampft.
2. Stufe
Zu einer Lösung von 0.2 Mol der Verbindung V in 300 ml Glykoldimethyläther lässt man eine Lösung von 0.2 Mol 4-Chlor-N-isopropylanilin zutropfen und kocht 5 Stunden am Rückfluss. Anschliessend wird im Vakuum eingeengt und der Rückstand mit 0,31 Toluol versetzt, mit 10%iger wässriger Salzsäure gewaschen, mit Wasser neutral gewaschen, über Na2SC>4 getrocknet und im Vakuum eingedampft.
Man erhält so die gewünschte Verbindung 15 der Tabelle.
Nach den oben angegebenen Verfahren wurden die in der folgenden Tabelle aufgeführten Verbindungen der Formel I gewonnen, deren Zusammensetzung durch Elementaranalyse bestätigt wurde und die durch Brechungsindex und/oder Schmelzpunkt charakterisiert sind:

Anwendungsbeispiele Beispiel I
Mit der Spinnmilbe Tetranychus urticae (normal sensibel) stark befallene Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus vulgaris) wurden mit der wässrigen Verdünnung eines Emulsionskonzentrates, 15 die 0,0015 Gew.-% des Wirkstoffes aus Beispiel (1) enthielt, bis zum Stadium des Abtropfens gespritzt. Anschliessend erfolgte die Aufstellung der gespritzten Pflanzen im Gewächshaus bei ca. 20°C. Bei der mikroskopischen Kontrolle 8 Tage nach der Spritzung zeigte sich, dass alle beweg- 20 liehen und unbeweglichen Stadien der Population getötet waren.
In gleicher Weise geprüft, erwiesen sich die in Tabelle I genannten Verbindungen als ebenso gut wirksam.

Beispiel III
50 Larven (4. Stadium) des Mexikanischen Bohnenkäfers (Epilachna varivestis) und Blätter der Buschbohne (Pha-seolus vulgaris) wurden in einer Spritzapparatur mit einer dosierten Menge (entsprechend der Aufwandmenge von 6001 Spritzbrühe/ha im Freiland) der wässrigen Verdünnung eines Emulsionskonzentrates, die den Wirkstoff aus Beispiel 15 in der Konzentration von 0,002 Gew.-% enthielt, gespritzt. Die Aufstellung der Blätter mit den Käferlarven erfolgte in offenen Behältern bei 22°C. Bei der Kontrolle 48 Stunden nach der Spritzung war eine 100%ige Abtötung der Versuchstiere festzustellen.
Die in Tabelle III genannten Beispiele erwiesen sich in diesem Test als ebenso gut wirksam.

Mit folgender Versuchungsanordnung wird die Wirkung gegen Blattläuse nachgewiesen:
Mit Schwarzer Bohnenblattlaus (Doralis fabae) besetzte Ackerbohnen (Vicia faba) wurden mit wässrigen Suspensionen von Spritzpulverkonzentraten, die die in der Tabelle IV angegebene Wirkstoffmenge enthielten, tropfnass gespritzt. Die Aufstellung der Pflanzen erfolgte im Gewächshaus bei 22°C.

Eine staubförmige Formulierung wurde mit Erde gemischt, die mit Nematoden der Art Meloidogyne incognita verseucht war. Anschliessend erfolgte das Abfüllen in Töpfe und die Bepflanzung dieser mit Tomaten. Nach einer Standzeit von 4 Wochen bei 25°C und 70% Luftfeuchtigkeit wurden die Gallenzahlen nach folgendem Schema ermittelt:

Vergleichsbeispiel VI Aus der DE-AS 1.122.935 geht hervor, dass die in Tabelle I der DAS genannten Verbindungen (Beispiele 7 und 8) im Vergleich zu dem erfindungsgemässen, entsprechenden Phos-phonsäureester eine bedeutend schlechtere akarizide Potenz im Spritzversuch aufweisen.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formell/*2"s"?\ (I>>x OR3 'worin R gleiche oder verschiedene Substituenten aus der mit Phosphorverbindungen der Formel IIIGruppe Halogen, (Ci-C6)-Alkyl, (Ci-C3)-Halogenalkyl,NO2, (Ci-C4)-ThioaIkyl oder OCH3, Ri, R2 und R3 gleich ^oder verschiedenes (Ci-Có)-Alkyl, X Sauerstoff oder 1S 2 n.Schwefel und n eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 3 bedeuten, mit derMassgabe, dass (R)n nicht 4-Chlor sein kann, wenn Ri Methyl ^ P - B (III),ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Verbindungen der i!.Formel II20R^OXworin jeweils einer der Reste A und B Halogen und der andere die SY-Gruppe bedeutet, in welcher Y Wasserstoff oder ein Metallkation darstellt, umsetzt.. 2s 2. - 5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Verbindungen der Formeln III und IV verwendet, in denen A oder B Chlor oder Brom bedeutet.

Insektizide, akarizide und nematozide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einer Verbindung der Formel I3632767worin R gleiche oder verschiedene Substituenten aus der Gruppe Halogen, (Ci-Cs)-Alkyl, (Ci-C3)-Halogenalkyl, NO2, (Ci-C-O-Thioalkyl oder OCH3, Ri, R2 und R3 gleich oder verschiedenes (Ci-C6)-Alkyl, X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel und n eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 3 bedeuten.Gegenstand der vorliegenden Anmeldung sind Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formel I(R)nN-C-CH,-S-P^" " x OR5C1),Xmit Phosphorverbindungen der Formel IIIR2V*3°P-BX(III)worin jeweils einer der Reste A und B Halogen, insbesondere 1» Chlor oder Brom, und der andere die SY-Gruppe bedeutet, in welcher Y Wasserstoff oder ein Metallkation darstellt, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels, oder b) zunächst Verbindungen der Formel IV15Rü°G - CH,0A(IV),20 worin R4 Niederalkyl oder Phenyl bedeutet, mit Verbindungen der Formel III umsetzt und die erhaltenen Zwischenprodukte der Formel V25worinR = gleiche oder verschiedene Substituenten aus der Gruppe Halogen, (Ci-CsJ-Alkyl, (Ci-C3)-Halogenalkyl, NO2, (C1-C4) Thioalkyl oder OCH3,Ri, R2und R3 = (Ci-Cs)-Alkyl, (gleich oder verschiedenen),X = Sauerstoff oder Schwefel und n = eine ganze Zahl von 1-3 bedeuten,mit der Massgabe, dass (R)n nicht 4-Chlor sein kann, wenn RiMethyl ist.Verbindungen der Formel I, in der R = CH3 und R2 = Alkyl bedeutet, werden von der US-PS 3.057.744 in allgemeiner Form umfasst, sind im einzelnen jedoch nicht beschrieben. Einige analog gebaute Phosphorsäureester sind ferner aus der DT-AS 1 122 935 bekannt, haben jedoch eine geringere insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit als die erfin-dungsgemässen Verbindungen (vgl. Beispiel VI).Bevorzugte Reste der Formel I sind R = F, CI, Br, (Ci- bis C4)-Alkyl, CFs, NO2 und S-CH3 Ri, R2 und R3 = (Ci- bis C4>-Alkyl.Besonders bevorzugt für R sind F, Cl, Br, (Ci- bis C3)-Alkyl, NO2 und S-CH3.
