Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, welches als aktive Komponente einen 1,2,4 Triazolylphosphorsäure- resp. -phosphonsäureester der Formel EMI1.1 enthält,worin R, Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Phenyl, Benzyl oder Phenäthyl, R2 Alkenyl oder Alkinyl, R3 Alkyl, Alkoxy, Alkylthio. Amino, Monoalkyl- oder Dialkylamino, R4 Alkyl und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten. Unter einem Alkyl-, Alkoxy-. Alkylthio-, Monoalkylamino-, Dialkylamino-, Alkenyl- oder Alkinylrest ist jeweils ein geradkettiger oder verzweigter. unsubstituierter Rest mit 1 bis 12, resp. bei den Alkinyl- und Alkenylresten 2 bis 12, vorzugsweise 1 bis 6 resp. 3 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen zu verstehen. Beispiele solcher Reste sind u. a.: Methyl, Methoxy, Methylthio, Äthyl, Äthoxy, Äthylthio, Propyl, Propoxy. Propylthio, Isopropyl, Isopropoxy, Isopropylthio, n-, i-, sek.-, tert.-Butyl, n-Pentyl, n-Hexyl und deren Isomere, n-Pentylthio, Methylamino, Dimethylamino, Allyl, Methallyl, Propargyl. Die für R1 in Frage kommenden Cycloalkylreste weisen 3 bis 8, insbesondere 3 bis 6, Ringkohlenstoffatome auf. Bevorzugte Cycloalkylreste sind Cyclopropyl, Cyclopentyl oder Cyclohexyl. Die für R1 stehenden Phenyl-, Benzyl- und Phenäthyl- gruppen können an den Ringen unsubstituiert oder beispielsweise durch Methoxy, Halogenatome wie Fluor, Chlor, Brom und/oder Jod, vorzugsweise Chlor, Nitro, Cl-Cs-Alkyl und/ oder C1-C5-Halogenalkyl substituiert sein. Wegen ihrer Wirkung von Bedeutung sind Verbindungen der Formel I worin Rl Wasserstoff, C1-C6-Alkyl, Cyclopentyl, unsubstituiertes oder ein- oder mehrfach, gleich oder verschieden durch Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Trifluormethyl, Nitro oder Methyl substituiertes Phenyl, R2 unsubstituiertes oder ein- oder zweifach durch Chlor substituiertes C3-C5-Alkenyl oder C3-C5-Alkinyl, R3 C1-C6-Alkyl, C1-C6-Alkoxy, C1-C6-Alkylthio, Amino, Cl-C6-Alkylamino oder (Cl-C6-Alkyl)2amino, R4 C1-C6-Alkyl und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten. Bevorzugt sind Verbindungen der Formel I, worin R1 C1-C6-Alkyl oder C3-C6-Cycloalkyl, R2 Allyl, Methallyl, 2-Butenyl, 4-Chlor-2-butenyl oder Propargyl, R3 Methoxy, Äthoxy oder Methylamino, R4 Methyl oder Äthyl und X Schwefel bedeuten. Insbesondere bevorzugt sind aber Verbindungen der Formel I, worin R, Methyl, Äthyl, Isopropyl oder Cyclopentyl, R2 Allyl, Methallyl, 2-Butenyl, 4-Chlor-2-butenyl oder Propargyl, R3 Äthoxy oder Methylamino, R4 Äthyl und X Schwefel bedeuten. Die Verbindungen der Formel I können nach an sich bekannten Methoden hergestellt werden, z. B. indem man a) ein Hydroxy-triazol der Formel EMI1.2 in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels mit einer Verbindung der Formel EMI1.3 oder b) ein Hydroxy-triazol der Formel EMI1.4 mit einer Verbindung der Formel EMI1.5 umsetzt oder c) ein Hydroxy-triazol der Formel EMI1.6 mit einer Verbindung der Formel fi,-O-PX-C12 (y) umsetzt und das Zwischenprodukt der Formel EMI1.7 anschliessend mit der Verbindung der Formel HN(Alkyl)2 oder H3N oder H2N Alkyl (VII) (VIII) (IX) reagieren lässt, worin Ro bis R4 und X die für die Formel I angegebene Bedeutung haben, Hal für ein Halogenatom, insbesondere für Chlor oder Brom, und Me für ein einwertiges Metall, insbesondere ein Alkalimetall, steht. Als säurebindende Mittel kommen beispielsweise folgende Basen in Betracht: tertiäre Amine, wie Triäthylamin, Dimethylanilin, Pyridin, anorganische Basen, wie Hydroxide und Carbonate von Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen, vorzugsweise Natriumund Kaliumcarbonat. Die Umsetzungen können vorzugsweise in gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln durchgeführt werden. Hierfür sind beispielsweise folgende geeignet: aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol; Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, Chlorbenzol, Polychlorbenzole, Brombenzol, chlorierte Alkane mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen; Äther, wie Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran; Ester, wie Essigsäureäthylester; Ketone wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Diäthylketon; Nitrile, z. B. Acetonitril usw. Ausgangsstoffe der Formeln II und IV sind neu und können z. B. analog der in der belgischen Patentschrift Nr. 792 449 beschriebenen Methode synthetisiert werden. Die Ausgangsstoffe lassen sich auch durch Reaktion eines 5-Halogen-3hydroxy-1,2 ,4-triazol-derivates mit Metallsalzen entsprechender Merkaptane herstellen. Die Verbindungen der Formel I weisen eine breite biozide Wirkung auf und können zur Bekämpfung von verschiedenartigen pflanzlichen und tierischen Schädlingen eingesetzt werden. Insbesondere eignen sie sich zur Bekämpfung von Insekten der Familien: Acrididae, Blattidae, Gryllidae, Gryllotalpidae, Tettigoniidae, Cimicidae, Pyrrhocoridae, Reduviidae, Aphididae, Delphacidae, Diaspididae, Pseudococcidae, Chrysomelidae, Coccinellidae, Bruchidae, Scarabaeidae, Dermestidae, Tenebrionidae, Curculionidae, Tineidae, Noctuidae, Lymantriidae, Pyralidae, Galleriidae, Culicidae, Tipulidae, Stomoxydae, Muscidae, Calliphoridae, Trypetidae, Pulici dae sowie Akariden der Familien: Ixodidae, Argasidae, Tetra nychidae, Dermanyssidae. Die insektizide oder akarizide Wirkung lässt sich durch Zusatz von anderen Insektiziden und/oder Akariziden we sentlich verbreitern und an gegebene Umstände anpassen. Als Zusätze eignen sich z. B.: organische Phosphorverbindungen; Nitrophenole und Derivate; Pyrethrine; Formamidine; Harnstoffe; Carbamate und chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe. Die Verbindungen der Formel I weisen neben den oben erwähnten Eigenschaften auch eine mikrobizide Wirkung auf. So zeigen einige dieser Verbindungen bakterizide Wirkung. Sie sind aber ebenfalls gegen Fungi, insbesondere gegen die folgenden Klassen angehörenden phytopathogenen Pilze wirksam: Oomycetes, Zygomycetes, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, Denteromycetes. Die Verbindungen der Formel I zeigen ausserdem eine fungitoxische Wirkung bei Pilzen, die die Pflanzen vom Boden her angreifen. Ferner eignen sich die neuen Wirkstoffe zur Behandlung von Saatgut, Früchten, Knollen usw. zum Schutz vor Pilzinfektionen und zur Bekämpfung von pflanzenpathogenen Nematoden. Die Verbindungen der Formel I können für sich allein oder zusammen mit geeigneten Trägern und/oder Zuschlagstoffen eingesetzt werden. Geeignete Träger und Zuschlagstoffe können fest oder flüssig sein und entsprechen den in der Formulierungstechnik üblichen Stoffen wie z. B. natürlichen oder regenerierten Stoffen, Lösungs-, Dispergier-, Netz-, Haft-, Verdickungs-, Binde- und/oder Düngemitteln. Zur Applikation können die Verbindungen der Formel I zu Stäubemitteln, Emulsionskonzentraten, Granulaten, Disper sionen, Sprays, zu Lösungen oder Aufschlämmungen in üb licher Formulierung, die in der Applikationstechnik zum All gemeinwissen gehören, verarbeitet werden. Ferner sind cattle dips , d. h. Viehbäder, und spray races , d. h. Sprühgänge, in denen wässerige Zubereitungen verwendet werden, zu erwähnen. Die Herstellung erfindungsgemässer Mittel erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und/oder Vermahlen von Wirkstoffen der Formel I mit den geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispergier- oder Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffe können in den folgenden Aufarbeitungsformen vorliegen und angewendet werden: Feste Aufarbeitungsformen: Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate (Umhüllungsgranulate, Imprägnierungsgranulate und Homogengranulate); Flüssige Aufarbeitungsformen: a) in Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate: Spritzpulver (wettable powders), Pasten, Emulsionen; b) Lösungen Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in den oben beschriebenen Mitteln liegt zwischen 0,1 bis 95 %, dabei ist zu erwähnen, dass bei der Applikation aus dem Flugzeug oder mittels anderer geeigneter Applikationsgeräte Konzentrationen bis zu 99,5 % oder sogar reiner Wirkstoff eingesetzt werden können. Die Wirkstoffe der Formel I können beispielsweise wie folgt formuliert werden: Stäubemittel: Zur Herstellung eines a) 5 %igen und b) 2%igen Stäubemittels werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet: a) 5 Teile Wirkstoff, 95 Teile Talkum; b) 2 Teile Wirkstoff, 1 Teil hochdisperse Kieselsäure, 97 Teile Talkum. Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den Trägerstoffen vermischt und vermahlen. Granulat: Zur Herstellung eines 5 %igen Granulates werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet: 5 Teile Wirkstoff, 0,25 Teile Epichlorhydrin, 0,25 Teile Cetylpolyglykoläther, 3,50 Teile Polyäthylenglykol, 91 Teile Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3-0,8 mm). Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Epichlorhydrin vermischt und mit 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyäthylenglykol und Cetylpolyglykoläther zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschliessend das Aceton im Vakuum verdampft. Spritzpulver: Zur Herstellung eines a) 40%igen, b) und c) 25 %igen, d) 10%igen Spritzpulvers werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet: a) 40 Teile Wirkstoff, 5 Teile Ligninsulfonsäure-Natriumsalz, 1 Teil Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure-Natriumsalz, 54 Teile Kieselsäure; b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff, 4,5 Teile Calcium-Ligninsulfonat, 1,9 Teile Champagne-Kreide/Hydroxyäthylcellulose Gemisch (1:1), 1,5 Teile Natrium-dibutyl-naphthalinsulfonat, 19,5 Teile Kieselsäure, 19,5 Teile Champagne-Kreide, 28,1 Teile Kaolin; c) 25 Teile Wirkstoff, 2,5 Teile Isooctylphenoxy-polyoxyäthylen-äthanol, 1,7 Teile Champagne-Kreide/Hydroxyäthylcellulose Gemisch (1:1), 8,3 Teile Natriumaluminiumsilikat, 16,5 Teile Kieselgur, 46 Teile Kaolin; d) 10 Teile Wirkstoff, 3 Teile Gemisch der Natriumsalze von gesättigten Fettalkoholsulfaten, 5 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäure/Formaldehyd Kondensat, 82 Teile Kaolin. Die Wirkstoffe werden in geeigneten Mischern mit den Zuschlagstoffen innig vermischt und auf entsprechenden Mühlen und Walzen vermahlen. Man erhält Spritzpulver, die sich mit Wasser zu Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration verdünnen lassen. Emulgierbare Konzentrate: Zur Herstellung eines a) 10%igen und b) 25 %igen emulgierbaren Konzentrates werden folgende Stoffe verwendet: a) 10 Teile Wirkstoff, 3,4 Teile epoxydiertes Pflanzenöl, 3,4 Teile eines Kombinationsemulgators, bestehend aus Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther und Alkylarylsulfonat Calcium-Salz, 40 Teile Dimethylformamid, 43,2 Teile Xylol; b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff, 2,5 Teile epoxydiertes Pflanzenöl, 10 Teile eines Alkylarlysulfonat/Fettalkoholpoly glykoläther-Gemisches, 5 Teile Dimethylformamid, 57,5 Teile Xylol. Aus solchen Konzentraten können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Emulsionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration hergestellt werden. Aus der nun klaren Lösung fällt bald ein gelbes Produkt aus, das man abfiltriert und mit Wasser wäscht. Das ungelöste Material wird über P2O5 getrocknet. Analyse: Smp.17P175"C Berechnet: C 42,59 H 4,17 N 24,83 S 18,95% Gefunden: C 42,6 H 4,3 N 24,6 S 19,5 % 1-Methyl-3-hydroxy- 15-(B-methallyl)merkapto- 1 2,4-triazol Zu einer Suspension von 13,1 g 1-Methyl-3-hydroxy-5merkapto-1,2,4-triazol in 100 ml Äthanol gibt man bei Raumtemperatur 11,1 g Triäthylamin zu. Durch die exotherme Reaktion steigt die Temperatur auf 45" C. Dazu tropft man 10,0 gss-Methallylchlorid. Die nun klare Lösung rührt man noch 15 Minuten aus und dampft sie ein. Den festen Rückstand behandelt man mit ca. 50 ml Wasser und filtriert das Ungelöste ab. Dieses Material lässt sich aus Acetonitril umkristallisieren. Nach dem Abkühlen auf 40O C wird 19 g Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid innert 10 Minuten eingetropft. Das Gemisch wird wieder 2 Stunden am Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach dem Kühlen auf Raumtemperatur werden die unlöslichen Salze abfiltriert und das Filtrat im Vakuum eingeengt. Das zurückbleibende Öl wird zur Reinigung über eine Kieselgelsäule mit Chloroform als Laufmittel chromatographiert. Nach dem Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels erhält man ein hellgelbes Öl der Formel EMI4.2 mit einer Refraktion von nD20 = 1,5232. Wirkstoffemulsion (erhalten aus einem 10%igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) besprüht. Nach dem Antrocknen des Belages wurden die Baumwollpflanzen je mit Spodoptera littoralis- bzw. Heliothis virescens-Larven L3 und die Kartoffelstauden mit Kartoffelkäfer Larven (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) besetzt. Der Versuch wurde bei 24 C und 60% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgeführt. Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 B zeigten im obigen Test eine gute insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung gegen Spodop tera-, Heliothis- und Leptinotarsa decemlineata-Larven. B) Systemisch-insektizide Wirkung Zur Feststellung der systemischen Wirkung wurden bewurzelte Bohnenpflanzen (Vicia faba) in eine 0,01 %ige wässrige Wirkstofflösung (erhalten aus einem 10 %igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) eingestellt. Nach 24 Stunden wurden auf die oberirdischen Pflanzenteile Blattläuse (Aphis fabae) gesetzt. Durch eine spezielle Einrichtung waren die Tiere vor der Kontakt- und Gaswirkunggeschützt. Der Versuch wurde bei 24 C und 70% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgeführt. Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 B wirken im obigen Test systemisch gegen Aphis fabae. Beispiel 3 Wirkung gegen Chilo suppressalis Je 6 Reispflanzen der Sorte Caloro wurden in Plastiktöpfen, die einen oberen Durchmesser von 17 cm aufwiesen, verpflanzt und zu einer Höhe von ca. 60 cm aufgezogen. Die Infestation mit Chilo suppressalis Larven (all; 3-4 mm lang) erfolgte 2 Tage nach der Wirkstoffzugabe in Granulatform (Aufwandmenge 8 kg Aktivsubstanz pro Hektare) in das Paddy-Wasser. Die Auswertung auf insektizide Wirkung erfolgte 10 Tage nach der Zugabe des Granulates. Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 B wirkten im obigen Test gegen Chilo suppressalis. Beispiel 4 Wirkung gegen Zecken A) Rhipicephalus bursa Je 5 adulte Zecken bzw. 50 Zeckenlarven wurden in ein Glasröhrchen gezählt und für 1 bis 2 Minuten in 2 ml einer wässrigen Emulsion aus einer Verdünnungsreihe mit je 100, 10, 1 oder 0,1 ppm Testsubstanz getaucht. Das Röhrchen wurde dann mit einem genormten Wattebausch verschlossen und auf den Kopf gestellt, damit die Wirkstoffemulsion von der Watte aufgenommen werden konnte. Die Auswertung erfolgte bei den Adulten nach 2 Wochen und bei den Larven nach 2 Tagen. Für jeden Versuch liefen 2 Wiederholungen. B) Boophilus microplus (Larven) Mit einer analogen Verdünnungsreihe wie beim Test A wurden mit je 20 sensiblen resp. OP-resistenten Larven Versuche durchgeführt. (Die Resistenz bezieht sich auf die Verträglichkeit von Diazinon). Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 B wirkten in diesen Tests gegen Adulte und Larven von Rhipicephalus bursa und sensible resp. OP-resistente Larven von Boophilus microplus. Beispiel 5 Akarizide Wirkung Phascolus vulgaris (Pflanzen) wurden 12 Stunden vor dem Test auf akarizide Wirkung mit einem infestierten Blattstück aus einer Massenzucht von Tetranychus urticae belegt. Die übergelaufenen beweglichen Stadien wurden aus einem Chromatographiezerstäuber mit den emulgierten Testpräparaten bestäubt, dass kein Ablaufen der Spritzbrühe eintrat. Nach 2 bis 7 Tagen wurden Larven, Adulte und Eier unter dem Binokular auf lebende und tote Individuen ausgewertet und das Ergebnis in Prozenten ausgedrückt. Während der Haltezeit standen die behandelten Pflanzen in Gewächshauskabinen bei 25 C. Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 B wirkten im obigen Test gegen Adulte, Larven und Eier von Tetranychus urticae. Beispiel 6 Wirkung gegen Bodennematoden Zur Prüfung der Wirkung gegen Bodennematoden wurden die Wirkstoffe in durch Wurzelzellen-Nematoden (Meloidogyne arenaria) infizierte Erde gegeben und innig vermischt. In die so vorbereitete Erde wurden in einer Versuchsreihe unmittelbar danach Tomatensetzlinge gepflanzt und in einer anderen Versuchsreihe nach 8 Tagen Wartezeit Tomaten eingesät. Zur Beurteilung der nematiziden Wirkung wurden 28 Tage nach dem Pflanzen bzw. nach der Saat die an den Wurzeln vorhandenen Gallen ausgezählt. In diesem Test zeigten die Wirkstoffe gemäss Beispiel 1 B eine gute Wirkung gegen Meloidogyne arenaria. Beispiel 7 Wirkung gegen Bodeninsekten Man mischte sterilisierte Komposterde homogen mit einem Spritzpulver, enthaltend 25 % Wirkstoff, so dass eine Konzentration von 16 ppm resp. von 8,4, 2, 1 ppm entstand. In die so behandelte Erde wurden junge Zucchetti- und Kohlpflanzen eingesetzt und sofort mit 5 Larven von Aulacophora femoralis (Alter: 15 d/25 C) resp. 15 Eiern von Chortophila brassicae (Kohlfliegen) infestiert; ein drittes entsprechendes Erdmuster wurde mit Apfelschnitzen als Futter versehen und mit 5 Larven von Pachnoda savignyi (20 d/250 C) bestockt. 10 Tage nach Applikation und Infestation wurde auf Mortalität bonitiert. Der Screeningtest mit Erdraupen (Agriotis Y-L2) verlief analog, mit dem Unterschied, dass die Konzentrationen 40, 20, 10 ppm betrugen. Als Futter wurden Malvenblätter verwendet. Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 B zeigten in den obigen Tests Wirkung gegen Aulacophora femoralis-, Chortophila brassicae-, Pachnoda savignyi- und Agriotis-Larven. PATENTANSPRUCH 1 Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, welches als aktive Kom 1 ,2,4-Triazolylphosphorsäure- resp. -phosphonsäureester der Formel EMI9.1 <tb> <SEP> R1HN <SEP> X <tb> <SEP> R2S <SEP> tK <SEP> N <SEP> ss <SEP> NOR' <tb> enthält, <SEP> 4 <tb> worin R, Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Cycloalkyl, Phenyl, Benzyl oder Phenäthyl, R2 Alkenyl oder Alkinyl, R3 Alkyl, Alkoxy, Alkylthio, Amino, Monoalkyl- oder Dialkylamino, R4 Alkyl und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeuten. Beispiel 2 A) Insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung Baumwollpflanzen und Kartoffelstauden wurden mit einer 0,05 %gen wässrigen Wirkstoffemulsion (erhalten aus einem 10%igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) besprüht.Nach dem Antrocknen des Belages wurden die Baumwollpflanzen je mit Spodoptera littoralis- bzw. Heliothis virescens-Larven L3 und die Kartoffelstauden mit Kartoffelkäfer Larven (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) besetzt. Der Versuch wurde bei 24 C und 60% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgeführt.Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 B zeigten im obigen Test eine gute insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung gegen Spodop tera-, Heliothis- und Leptinotarsa decemlineata-Larven.B) Systemisch-insektizide Wirkung Zur Feststellung der systemischen Wirkung wurden bewurzelte Bohnenpflanzen (Vicia faba) in eine 0,01 %ige wässrige Wirkstofflösung (erhalten aus einem 10 %igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) eingestellt. Nach 24 Stunden wurden auf die oberirdischen Pflanzenteile Blattläuse (Aphis fabae) gesetzt. Durch eine spezielle Einrichtung waren die Tiere vor der Kontakt- und Gaswirkunggeschützt. Der Versuch wurde bei 24 C und 70% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgeführt.Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 B wirken im obigen Test systemisch gegen Aphis fabae.Beispiel 3 Wirkung gegen Chilo suppressalis Je 6 Reispflanzen der Sorte Caloro wurden in Plastiktöpfen, die einen oberen Durchmesser von 17 cm aufwiesen, verpflanzt und zu einer Höhe von ca. 60 cm aufgezogen. Die Infestation mit Chilo suppressalis Larven (all; 3-4 mm lang) erfolgte 2 Tage nach der Wirkstoffzugabe in Granulatform (Aufwandmenge 8 kg Aktivsubstanz pro Hektare) in das Paddy-Wasser. Die Auswertung auf insektizide Wirkung erfolgte 10 Tage nach der Zugabe des Granulates.Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 B wirkten im obigen Test gegen Chilo suppressalis.Beispiel 4 Wirkung gegen Zecken A) Rhipicephalus bursa Je 5 adulte Zecken bzw. 50 Zeckenlarven wurden in ein Glasröhrchen gezählt und für 1 bis 2 Minuten in 2 ml einer wässrigen Emulsion aus einer Verdünnungsreihe mit je 100, 10, 1 oder 0,1 ppm Testsubstanz getaucht. Das Röhrchen wurde dann mit einem genormten Wattebausch verschlossen und auf den Kopf gestellt, damit die Wirkstoffemulsion von der Watte aufgenommen werden konnte.Die Auswertung erfolgte bei den Adulten nach 2 Wochen und bei den Larven nach 2 Tagen. Für jeden Versuch liefen 2 Wiederholungen.B) Boophilus microplus (Larven) Mit einer analogen Verdünnungsreihe wie beim Test A wurden mit je 20 sensiblen resp. OP-resistenten Larven Versuche durchgeführt. (Die Resistenz bezieht sich auf die Verträglichkeit von Diazinon).Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 B wirkten in diesen Tests gegen Adulte und Larven von Rhipicephalus bursa und sensible resp. OP-resistente Larven von Boophilus microplus.Beispiel 5 Akarizide Wirkung Phascolus vulgaris (Pflanzen) wurden 12 Stunden vor dem Test auf akarizide Wirkung mit einem infestierten Blattstück aus einer Massenzucht von Tetranychus urticae belegt. Die übergelaufenen beweglichen Stadien wurden aus einem Chromatographiezerstäuber mit den emulgierten Testpräparaten bestäubt, dass kein Ablaufen der Spritzbrühe eintrat.Nach 2 bis 7 Tagen wurden Larven, Adulte und Eier unter dem Binokular auf lebende und tote Individuen ausgewertet und das Ergebnis in Prozenten ausgedrückt.
