Dans cette figure, 1 est la carrure de la boîte, 2 le tube chassé dans celle-ci, et 3 la couronne de remontoir, munie d'un canon 4 dans lequel se visse la tige de remontoir 5.
Un anneau d'étanchéité 6, par exemple en nylon, ou en caoutchouc durci, est monté dans une cavité annulaire de la couronne 3 et main tenu dans celle-ci par une plaquette circulaire 9 sertie dans la couronne. Cet anneau présente une rainure circulaire à section droite en forme de V, l'une des parois de cette rainure faisant joint avec la paroi intérieure de la couronne et l'autre avec la paroi extérieure du tube. Dans cette rainure est disposée une pièce d'écarte ment 7 sur laquelle agit l'une des extrémités d'un ressort conique 8 dont l'autre extrémité prend appui sur le fond de la couronne. Ce ressort et cette pièce d'écartement tendent à appliquer l'une des parois de la rainure contre la "couronne et l'autre contre le tube.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée à ce qui est représenté au dessin. En particu lier, la pièce 7 pourrait être supprimée et le ressort appuyer directement sur les parois in clinées de la rainure en V et ce ressort, au lieu d'être conique, pourrait être cylindrique.
