L'objet de la présente invention est une couronne suivant la revendication du brevet principal, caractérisée en ce que le corps du paquetage est serré radialement sur le tube sur lequel il est ajusté par des languettes élastiques formant la paroi d'un ressort en forme de calotte dont le fond prend appui sur le fond de la creusure de la couronne.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une coupe axiale, et la fig. 2 montre la calotte élastique seule. Dans la forme d'exécution représentée, 1 désigne la carrure d'une boîte de montre, 2 le tube solidaire de la carrure et 3 la couronne dans laquelle est logé le paquetage 4 faisant joint étanche sur le tube 2. Le paquetage est formé d'un corps tubulaire 4a et d'une bride P faisant saillie sur le pourtour extérieur de ce corps et disposée à l'extrémité intérieure de celui-ci. Le corps 4a .du paquetage est logé dans la creusure 5 de la couronne avec un jeu radial et un jeu axial entre son extrémité exté rieure et le fond de la creusure.
Seule la bride 4b est serrée à sa périphérie entre un épaulement 6 de la couronne et une rondelle de serrage 7 chassée dans cette dernière et maintenue en place par sertissage. La ron delle de serrage pourrait aussi, bien entendu, être vissée dans la couronne.
Le corps 49, du paquetage est serré radiale- ment sur le tube 2 par des languettes élasti ques 9 formant la paroi d'un ressort 8 en forme de chape ou calotte dont le fond prend appui sur le fond de la creusure 5 de la cou ronne. Les languettes élastiques 9 sont légère ment cintrées et leur longueur est prévue de façon que leurs extrémités 9" s'appuient sur la bride 4b du paquetage. La longueur du corps 4a du paqüetage est prévue de façon à laisser un jeu axial entre l'extrémité extérieure de ce corps et le fond du ressort.
Grâce à l'effet combiné de l'action radiale des languettes 9 sur le corps 4a et du jeu axial prévu entre l'extrémité .de ce corps et le fond du ressort 8, on obtient une étanchéité excellente avec un fonctionnement particulièrement doux malgré les différences qui se présentent inévitable ment d'un paquetage à un autre -dans les di mensions du trou et dans l'élasticité de la matière. Le nombre et la forme des languettes élastiques peuvent naturellement varier.
