Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Salzgemisches aliphatischer Aminosulfimsäuren Nach dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen Verfahren erhält man das Natriumsalz der N -1Vlethylsulfaminomethylsulfinsäure, wenn man Methylsulfamid und Formaldehyd- natriumsulfoxylat zur Umsetzung bringt.
Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält man ein Gemisch von Salzen aliphatischer Aminosulfinsäuren, wenn man ein aliphati- sches Sulfamidgemisch, dessen Analysenwert etwa dem Tridecansulfonamid entspricht, mit Formaldehydnatriumsulfoxylat zur Umset zung bringt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 100 Teile eines aliphatischen Sulfamid- gemisches, dessen Analysenwerte etwa dem Tridecansulfonamid entsprechen, werden mit 125 Teilen Formaldehydnatriumsulf ogylat und 250 Teilen Wasser so lange siedend ver rührt, bis die Umsetzung beendet ist. Er halten werden 210 Teile eines farblosen, leicht wasserlöslichen Pulvers. Der neue Körper stellt ein sehr gutes Emulgiermittel dar, das in der Textilindustrie weitgehende Verwendung finden kann.
Das als Ausgangsstoff verwendete Sulf- amidgemisch wird erhalten, wenn man ein Gemisch aliphatischer Kohlenwasserstoffe, welche durchschnittlich 13 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten, in bekannter Weise mit SOz und Chlor behandelt und die erhaltenen Sulfo- chloride mit Ammoniak zur Umsetzung bringt.

<I> Example: </I> 100 parts of an aliphatic sulfamide mixture, the analytical values of which correspond approximately to the tridecanesulfonamide, are boiled with 125 parts of sodium formaldehyde sulfate and 250 parts of water and stirred until the reaction has ended. It will hold 210 parts of a colorless, easily water-soluble powder. The new body is a very good emulsifier that can be widely used in the textile industry.
The sulfamide mixture used as the starting material is obtained when a mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbons, which contain an average of 13 carbon atoms, is treated in a known manner with SO2 and chlorine and the sulfochlorides obtained are reacted with ammonia.
