Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das primäre Kondensations produkt von einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. 2.8-Aminonaphthol-6-sulfosäure erhält, wenn man auf ein Mol. Cyanurchlorid ein Mol. 2 . 8-Aminonaphthol-6-sülfosäure ein wirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass als solches Wasser in überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet ist. Das primäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. 2.8- Aminonaphthol-6-sulfosäure bildet ein in Wasser leicht lösliches, kristallinisches, fast farbloses Pulver. Es enthält noch zwei reak tionsfähige Chloratome und stellt ein wert volles Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar.
Beispiel: Eine fein verteilte Aufschlemmung von 18,5 Teilen Cyanurehlorid in 1000 Teilen Wasser wird mit Salzsäure schwach sauer gestellt und nach und nach bei 0 unter Rüh ren mit einer Lösung von 26,2 Teilen 2. 8- aminonaphthol-6-sulfosaurem Natrium in 500 Teilen Wasser versetzt, wobei man durch Zu g a be von Sodalösung (im ganzen 5,3 Teile) die Reaktion immer schwach sauer hält. Die so erhaltene klare Lösung enthält das Kon- densationsprodukt von einem Mol. Cyanur- ehlorid mit einem Mol. 2 . 8-Aminonaphthol- 6-sulfosäure, das durch Kochsalz und Säure zusatz gefällt wird.

It still contains two reactive chlorine atoms and is a valuable starting material for the production of dyes.
Example: A finely divided slurry of 18.5 parts of cyanuric chloride in 1000 parts of water is made weakly acidic with hydrochloric acid and gradually ren with a solution of 26.2 parts of 2. 8-aminonaphthol-6-sulfonic acid in sodium at 0 with stirring 500 parts of water are added, and the reaction is always kept slightly acidic by adding soda solution (5.3 parts in total). The clear solution thus obtained contains the condensation product of one mole of cyanuric chloride with one mole of 2. 8-aminonaphthol-6-sulfonic acid, which is precipitated by adding table salt and acid.
