Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der     Teerfarbenindustrie.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues       Zwischenprodukt,    das sekundäre     Kon.densa:          tionsprodukt    von einem     Mol.        Cyanurchlarid     mit zwei     Mol.        1,4-Phenylendi.amin-3-sulfo-          säure,    :

  erhält, wenn man auf ein     Mol.        Cyanur-          ohlorid    zwei     Mol.        1,4-Phenylendimain-3-sulfo-          säure    einwirken lässt.  



  Diese Kondensation wird -durch     Zusam-          menrühren    der Komponenten in einem .geeig  neten Verdünnungsmittel     durchgeführt,    und  es wurde gefunden, dass als solches Wasser in  überraschender Weise sehr gut     geeignet    ist.  Das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt .aus  einem     Mol.        Cyanurchlorid    mit zwei     Mol.        1,4-          Phenylen:di.amin-3-sulfosäure    bildet ein     in     Wasser leicht lösliches, kristallinisches, fast  farbloses Pulver.

   Es enthält noch ein reak  tionsfähiges Chloratom und stellt ein wert  volles     Ausgangsmaterial    zur Herstellung von  Farbstoffen dar.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu einer feinen Suspension von 18,5 Tei  len     Cyanurehlorid    und 500 Teilen Wasser  fügt man bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur 42  Teile des     Natronsalzes    der     1,4-Phenylen-          di:

  amin-3-sulfosäure.    Nach kurzer Zeit wird    die     entstandene    Salzsäure durch vorsichtigen  Zusatz     einer        wässerigen    Lösung von 10,6     Tei-          len.,S.oda    abgestumpft.     Wenn    keine     Phenyl-          endiaminsulfosäur'e    mehr     nachgewiesen    wer  den kann, wird das sekundäre Kondensations  produkt mit .Säure gefällt und isoliert.

  <I> Example: </I> To a fine suspension of 18.5 parts of cyanuric chloride and 500 parts of water are added 42 parts of the sodium salt of 1,4-phenylenedi:

  amine-3-sulfonic acid. After a short time, the hydrochloric acid formed is blunted by careful addition of an aqueous solution of 10.6 parts., S.oda. When no more phenylenediaminesulfonic acids can be detected, the secondary condensation product is precipitated with acid and isolated.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes des sekundären Konden sationsproduktes von einem Mol. Cy anurchlo- rid mit zwei Mol. 1,4-Phenylendiamin-3-sulfo- säure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, d:ass man auf ein Mol. Cyanurchlorid zwei Mol. 1,4-Phenyl- endiamin-3-sulfosäure einwirken lässt.
