Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der     Teerfarbenindustrie.       Es     wurde    gefunden,     dass.    man ein neues  Zwischenprodukt, das tertiäre Kondensations  produkt von einem     Mol.        Cyanurchlarid    mit  einem     Mol.    Ammoniak und zwei     Mol.        1-Oxy-          2,4-dia.minobenzol-6-sulfosäure,    erhält,

   wenn  man auf ein     Mol.        Cyanurchlorid    in     beliebiger     Reihenfolge ein     Mol.    Ammoniak     und    zwei       Mol.    1 -     Oxy    - 2 -     nitro-4-aminobenzol-6-sulfo-          sä.ure    einwirken lässt, und das so erhaltene  Produkt reduziert.  



  Diese Kondensation wird .durch Zusam  menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig  neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und  es     wurde    gefunden, dass Nasser als solches in       überras,chen.der    Weise sehr gut geeignet ist.  Das tertiäre     Kondensationprodukt    aus einem       Mol.        Cyanurchlorid    mit einem     Mol.    Ammo  niak und zwei     Mol.        1-Oxy-2,4-diaminobenzol-          G-sulfosäure    bildet als     Alhalisalz    ein in Was  ser lösliches, fast farbloses Pulver.

   Es enthält  kein reaktionsfähiges Chloratom mehr und       stellt    ein wertvolles     Ausgangsmaterial    zur  Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  In eine Suspension von 18,5 Teilen     Cya-          nurchlorid    in der Machen Menge Wasser  werden in der Kälte eine Lösung von<B>52,5</B>  Teilen     1-oxy    - 2 -     nitro-4-aminob!enzol-6-sul.fo-          saures    Natrium langsam eingetragen und so  lange gerührt, bis     7,$    Teile Salzsäure frei ge  worden sind.

   Diese werden neutralisiert, das  Ganze mit 100 Teilen 20     %igem    Ammoniak  kurze Zeitani     Rückfluss    gekocht und das ter  tiäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem     Mol.          Cyanurchlorid    mit zwei     Mol.        1-Oxy-2-nitro-4-          a,mino@benzol-6-sulfosäure    und ein     Mol.    Am  moniak kalt durch     Aussäuern    isoliert.

   Zur  Reduktion wird die neutrale     Natrönsalzlö-          sung    langsam in ein Gemisch aus 1000 Teilen  Wasser, 100 Teilen Eisenfeile und 10 Teilen  Essigsäure eingerührt und so lange gekocht,  bis die- gelbe     Lösung    farblos geworden ist.

    Die     Reduktionsflüssigkeit    wird in     üblicher     Weise vom Eisen befreit und das tertiäre       Kondensationsprodukt    aus einem     Mol.        Cya-          nurehlorid,    zwei     Mol.    1-Oxy-2,4-di.aminober_-           zol-6-sulfosäure    und ein     Mol.        Ammonia.h     durch     Aussäuern    befällt.

  This condensation is carried out by stirring the components together in a suitable diluent, and it has been found that water is very suitable as such in a surprising way. The tertiary condensation product of one mole of cyanuric chloride with one mole of ammonia and two moles of 1-oxy-2,4-diaminobenzene-G-sulfonic acid forms, as an alhali salt, an almost colorless powder which is soluble in water.

   It no longer contains a reactive chlorine atom and is a valuable starting material for the production of dyes. <I> Example: </I> In a suspension of 18.5 parts of cyanuric chloride in the same amount of water, a solution of < B> 52.5 parts of 1-oxy-2-nitro-4-aminobenzene-6-sulpho-acid sodium are slowly added and the mixture is stirred until 7. $ parts hydrochloric acid have been released.
