Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das tertiäre Kondensations produkt von einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. 2.5-Aminonaphthol-7-sulfosäure und zwei Mol. Anilin, erhält, wenn man auf ein Mol. Cyanurchlorid in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Mol. 2.5-Aminonaphthol-7- sulfosäure und zwei Mol. Anilin einwirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass Wasser als solches in überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet ist. Das tertiäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. 2.5-Aminonaphthol-7-sulfosäure und zwei Mol. Anilin bildet als Alkalisalz ein in Was ser lösliches, fast farbloses Pulver. Es ent hält kein reaktionsfähiges Chloratom mehr und stellt ein wertvolles Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar.
Beispiel: Eine fein verteilte Ausschlemmung von 18,5 Teilen Cyanurchlorid in 1000 Teilen Wasser wird nach und nach bei 0 unter Rüh ren mit einer Lösung von 26,2 Teilen 2,5- aminonaphthol-7-sulfosaurem Natrium ver setzt, wobei man durch Zugabe von Soda lösung (im ganzen 5,3 Teile) die Reaktion stets eben sauer hält. Die so erhaltene klare Lösung wird nun mit 9,3 Teilen Anilin ver setzt. Man rührt bei Zimmertemperatur, bis das Anilin verschwunden ist, indem man weiter die entstehende Salszäure mit Soda neutralisiert.
Zu der so erhaltenen Lösung fügt man nun nochmals 9,3 Teile Anilin und kocht zirka eine Stunde am Rüekfluss- kühler. Hierauf wird durch Aussalzen und Filtrieren das tertiäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid, einem Mol. 2 . 5 - aminonaphtol-7-sulfosaurem Natrium und zwei Mol. Anilin isoliert.

It has been found that a new intermediate product, the tertiary condensation product of one mole of cyanuric chloride with one mole of 2,5-aminonaphthol-7-sulfonic acid and two moles of aniline, is obtained if one mole of cyanuric chloride is used in any order 2.5-aminonaphthol-7-sulfonic acid and two moles of aniline.
This condensation is carried out by stirring the components together in a suitable diluent, and it has been found that water as such is surprisingly very suitable. The tertiary condensation product of one mole of cyanuric chloride with one mole of 2,5-aminonaphthol-7-sulfonic acid and two moles of aniline, as an alkali salt, forms an almost colorless powder which is soluble in water. It no longer contains a reactive chlorine atom and is a valuable starting material for the production of dyes.
Example: A finely divided exclusion of 18.5 parts of cyanuric chloride in 1000 parts of water is gradually added to a solution of 26.2 parts of 2,5-aminonaphthol-7-sulfonic acid sodium at 0 while stirring Soda solution (5.3 parts in total) always keeps the reaction acidic. The clear solution thus obtained is now ver sets with 9.3 parts of aniline. The mixture is stirred at room temperature until the aniline has disappeared by further neutralizing the resulting hydrochloric acid with soda.
A further 9.3 parts of aniline are then added to the solution thus obtained and the mixture is boiled on the reflux cooler for about an hour. Then the tertiary condensation product of one mole of cyanuric chloride, one mole of 2. 5 - aminonaphtol-7-sulfonic acid sodium and two moles. Aniline isolated.
