Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das tertiäre Kondensations produkt von einem AZol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. 1,4-Phenylendiamin-3-sulfosäure und zwei Mol. 1,3-Aminophenol, erhält, wenn man auf ein Mol. Cyanurchlorid in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Mol. 1,
4-Phenylendiamin-3- sulfosäure und zwei Mol. 1,3-Aminophenol einwirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass Wasser als solches in überraschender Weise sehr gut .geeignet ist. Das tertiäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurühlorid mit einem Mol. 1,4- Phenylendia.min-3-sulfosäure und zwei Mol. 1,3-Aminophenol bildet als Alkalisalz ein in Wasser lösliches, fast farbloses Pulver.
Es enthält kein reaktionsfähiges Chloratom mehr und stellt ein wertvolles Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar. .. <I>Beispiel:</I> 1.8,4 Teile Cyanurchlorid werden in ca.' 200 Teile Eiswasser fein suspendiert und mit einer neutralen Lösung von 21 Teilen 1,4- l)henylendiamin-3-sulfosaurem Natron ver setzt. Hierauf fügt man vorsichtig 55 Teile 10 %ige Sodalösung zu, derart, dass das Ganze stets eben sauer bleibt.
Nach beendeter Kon densation setzt man 22 Teile 1,3-Aminophe- nol zu in Form einer neutralen wässerigen Lösung und gibt weitere 55 Teile 10 %ige Sodalösung so zu, dass stets saure Reaktion vorherrscht. Nach längerem Rühren heizt man auf 95 auf und rührt bei dieser Tem peratur eine weitere Stunde.
Hierauf lässt man erkalten, wobei das zunächst .als helles Harz teilweise ausgeschiedene tertiäre Kon densationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanur- chlorid, einem Mol. 1,4-Phenylendiamin-3- sulfosäure und zwei Mol. 1,3-Aminophenol vollständig ausfällt und zugleich kristalli nisch wird. Es wird filtriert und getrocknet.

This condensation is carried out by stirring the components together in a suitable diluent, and it has been found that water as such is surprisingly very suitable. The tertiary condensation product of one mole of cyanuric chloride with one mole of 1,4-phenylenediamine-3-sulfonic acid and two moles of 1,3-aminophenol forms, as an alkali metal salt, an almost colorless powder which is soluble in water.
It no longer contains a reactive chlorine atom and is a valuable starting material for the production of dyes. .. <I> Example: </I> 1.8.4 parts of cyanuric chloride are used in approx. 200 parts of ice water finely suspended and ver with a neutral solution of 21 parts of 1,4- l) henylenediamine-3-sulfonic acid sodium. 55 parts of 10% soda solution are then carefully added in such a way that the whole thing always remains acidic.
After the condensation has ended, 22 parts of 1,3-aminophenol are added in the form of a neutral aqueous solution and a further 55 parts of 10% sodium carbonate solution are added in such a way that an acidic reaction always prevails. After prolonged stirring, the mixture is heated to 95 and stirred at this temperature for a further hour.
It is then allowed to cool, and the tertiary condensation product, which is initially partially precipitated as a pale resin, of one mole of cyanuric chloride, one mole of 1,4-phenylenediamine-3-sulfonic acid and two moles of 1,3-aminophenol precipitates completely and at the same time becomes crystalline. It is filtered and dried.
