Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das sekundäre Kondensa tionsprodukt von einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mal.
1-Oxy-2-amino-4-sulfobenzol- 6-karbonsäure und einem Mol. 4-Chlor-1, 3 phenylendiamin, erhält, wenn man auf ein Mol. Cyanurchlorid in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Mol. 1-Oxy-2-amina-4-sulfobenzol-6-l@a.r- bonsäure und ein Mol. 4-Chlor-1,3-phenylen- diamin einwirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass Wasser als solches in überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet ist. Das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. 1- Oxy-2-amino-4-sulfobenzol-6-karbonsäure und einem Mol. 4-Chlor-1,3-phenylendiamin bildet als Alkalisalz ein in Wasser lösliches, fast farbloses Pulver.
Es enthält noch ein reak tionsfähiges Chloratom und stellt ein wer -c- volles Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar. <I>Beispiel:</I> 18,5 Teile Cyanurchlorid werden in 300 Teilen Wasser suspendiert, mit einer Lösung von 25,5 Teilen des Mononatriumsalzes der 1-Oxy-2-amino - 4 -.sulf obenzol - 6 - karb,onsäure versetzt und gerührt, bis alles in Lösung ge gangen ist.
Hierauf .gibt man 14 Teile fein gepulvertes 4-Chlor-1,3-phenylendiamin hinzu und rührt weiter unter allmählicher Zugabe von 10,4 Teilen Soda, bis alles wiederum in Lösung gegangen ist. Hierauf wird das gebil dete sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid, einem Mol. 1-Oxy- 2-amino-4-sulfobenzol-6-karbonsäure und ein Mal. 4-Chlor-1,3-phenylendiamin durch Aus säuern gefällt.
