Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie.    Es wurde .gefunden, dass man ein neues  Zwischenprodukt, das tertiäre Kondensations  produkt von einem     Mol.        Cyanurchlorid    mit  einem     Mol.        1,8-Aminonaphtol-3,6-disulfosäure     und zwei     Mol.        1-Methyl-4-benzolsulfamid,    er  hält, wenn man auf 1     Mol.        Cyanitrchlorid    in  beliebiger Reihenfolge ein     Mol.        1,8-Amino-          naphtol-3,

  6-disulfosäure    und zwei     Mol.        1-Me-          thyl-4-benzolsulfamid    einwirken lässt.  



        Diese    Kondensation wird durch Zusam  menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig  neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und  es     wurde    gefunden, dass     Wasser    als solches in       überraschender    Weise sehr gut     geeignet    ist.

    Das tertiäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem       Mol.        Cya.nurchlorid    mit einem     Mol.        1,8-Ami-          nenaphtol-3,6-disulfosäure    und zwei     Mol.        1-          Methyl-4-benzoilsulfami.d    bildet als     Alkalisalz     ein in Wasser lösliches, fast     frarbloses    Pulver.  Es enthält kein reaktionsfähiges Chloratom  mehr und stellt ein wertvolles     Ausgangsma-          teri:a,1    zur Herstellung von     Farbstoffen    dar.

    <I>Beispiel:</I>  In eine Suspension von 18,5 Teilen     Cya-          nurchlorid    in 500 Teilen Wasser tropft man    eine Lösung von 19,3 Teilen des Natrium  salzes des     1-Methyl-4-benzolsulfamides    in 150  Teilen Wasser. Die     Cyanurchloridsuspension     verwandelt sich in eine     gallertartige        Masse.     Nach kurzer Zeit     gibt    .man rasch noch 19,3  Teile des     Natriums.alzes    des     1-Methyl-4-ben-          zolsulfamides    in 150     Teilen;    Wasser hinzu.  Es tritt sofort vollständige Lösung ein.

   Diese  wird nun mit 32,1 Teilen des     Dinatriumsalzes     der     1,8-Aminonaphtol-3,6-disulfosäure    (gelöst  in 300 Teilen Wasser) versetzt, erwärmt und  unter langsamer Zugabe von 14 Teilen Na  triumacetat so     lange    gerührt, bis die     Amino-          naphtolsulfosäure    verschwunden ist. Hierauf  wird das tertiäre     Kondensationsprodukt    aus  zwei     Mol.        1-Methyl-4-benzolsulfamid    und 1       Mol.        1,8-Aminonaphtol-3,6-disulfosäure    aus  gesalzen,     filtriert    und getrocknet.
