Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der     Teerfarbenindustrie.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues  Zwischenprodukt, das primäre Kondensations  produkt von einem Moleküle     Cyanurchlorid     mit einem     lbioleküle    Anilin, erhält, wenn man  auf ein Moleküle     Cyanurchlorid    ein Moleküle  Anilin     einwirken    lässt.  



  Diese     .Kondensation    wird zweckmässig  durch Zusammenrühren der. Komponenten in  einem geeigneten     Verdünnungsmittel    durch  geführt. Es wurde gefunden,     .dass    als solches       Wasser    in     überraseliender    Weise sehr gut  geeignet ist.  



  Das primäre Kondensationsprodukt aus  einem Moleküle     Cyanurchlorid    mit einem  Moleküle Anilin bildet ein kristallinisches  Pulver, das aus     Petroläther    in     farblosen    Na  deln vom Schmelzpunkt 135 bis 136   kristal  lisiert. Es enthält noch zwei reaktionsfähige  Chloratome und stellt ein wertvolles Aus  gangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstof  fen dar.

     <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu einer feinen, wässerigen     l,\-ufschlem-          mung    von 18,5 Teilen     Cyanurchlorid,    die    durch Eiszusatz     bei    0   gehalten wird, lässt  man unter Rühren eine Lösung von 9,3 Tei  len Anilin in 400 Teilen Wasser und gleich  zeitig eine verdünnte Sololösung fliessen,  so dass die Reaktionsmasse fortwährend  schwach kongosauer reagiert. Nachdem die       Anilinlösung    und im ganzen 5,3 Teile Soda  zugesetzt worden sind, wird das     gebildete     primäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem  Moleküle     Cyanurchlorid    und einem Moleküle  Anilin     abfiltriert.
