Description
Yerfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenprodukf.es. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das tertiäre Kondensations produkt von einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. Schwefelwasserstoff und zwei Mol. 2.8-Aminon.a.phthol-6-sulfosäure, er hält, wenn man auf ein Mol. Cyanurchlorid in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Hol.
Schwefel wasserstoff und zwei Mol. 2 . 8-Aminonaph- th@ol-6-sulfosäure einwirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass Wasser als solches in überraschender Weise sehr gilt geeignet ist.
Das tertiäre Konclensationsprodukt aus einem Mal. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. Sehwefel- wasserstoff und zwei Mol. 2.8-Aminona.ph- thol-6-sulfosäure bildet als Alkalisalz ein in Wasser lösliches, fast farbloses Pulver. Es enthält kein reaktionsfähiges Chloratom mehr und stellt ein wertvolles Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar.
Beispiel: In eine Suspension von 18,5 Teilen. Cya.- nurchlord in der 20fachen Menge Wasser werden in der Kälte 52,2 Teile 2.8-amino- n,aphthol-6-sulfosaures Natrium in 400 Teilen Wasser langsam eingetragen. Gleichzeitig wird durch allmähliche Zugabe von insge samt 10,6 Teilen Soda dafür gesorgt, dass die Reaktionsmasse immer schwach mineralsauer bleibt.
Die Temperatur des Gemisches darf bei der Zugabe der zweiten Hälfte der Anino- naphtholsulfosäure 20 bis 25 erreichen. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird angesäuert und Glas sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mal. Cyanurchlorid und zwei Mol. 2.8 Am.inonaphthol-6-sulfosäure filtriert.
Der Filterrückstand wird alsdann feucht in eine auf 80 bis 90 erwärmte Lösung von 16 Tei len Schwefel in 120 Teilen kristallisiertem Na.triumsulfid eingetragen und einige Zeit bei dieser Temperatur gerührt. Zum Schluss wird das tertiäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cya:
nurchlori.d, zwei Kol. 2.8- Aminonaphthol-6-sulfosäure und einem Mol. Schwefelwasserstoff durch Ansäuern gefällt und durch mehrmaliges Lösen in Soda und Fällen mit Mineralsäure, gereinigt.
