Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Zwischenproduktes    der     Teerfarbenindustrie.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues  Zwischenprodukt, .das     primäre        Kondensations-          pxo:dukt    von     einem        Mol.        Cyanurchlowid    mit  einem     Mol.        1,4-Phenylendiamin-3-sulfosäure     .erhält, wenn     :m.an.auf    ein     Mol.        Cyanurchlorid     ein     Mol.        1,4-Phenylendiamin-3-sulfosäure    ein  wirken lässt.

    



  Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam  menrühren ,der Komponenten in einem geeig  neten     Verdünnungsmittel        durchgeführt,    und  es wurde gefunden,     dass    als solches Wasser in  überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet     ist.     Das     primäre        Kandensati.onsprodukt    aus     einem.          Mol.        Cyanurchlorid,    mit einem     M:ol.        1,4-Ph-e-          nylendiamän-3-sul.fosäure    bildet ein in Was  ser leicht     lösliches,    fast farbloses, kristallini  sches Pulver.

   Es enthält     noch    zwei reaktions  fähige Chloratome und stellt ein wertvolles  Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farb  stoTfen dar.  



       Beispiel:     Eine feine     Suspension    von 18,5 Teilen       Cyanurchlorid    in 500 Teilen     Wasser        wird     unter Rühren     vo,rsiehtig    und bei niedriger  Temperatur mit einer Lösung von 1.8,8 Tei  len     1,4-Phenylendiamin-3-sulfosäure    und 5,3    Teilen Soda in 100 Teilen     ZVasser    versetzt.

    Sobald -das     Cyanurchlorid        verschwunden    ist,       wird,das        als    heller Niederschlag :ausgefallene       primäre        Kondensationsprodukt    von     einem          Mol.        Cyanurchlorid    und einem     Mol.        1,4-Phe-          nylendiamin-2-sulfosäure    filtriert und ge  trocknet.
