Description
Verfahren zur. Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das primäre Kondensations produkt von einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. 1,3-Phenylendiaminmonooxamin- säure, erhält, wenn man auf ein Mol. Cyanur- chlorid ein Mol. 1,3-Phenylendiaminmono- oxaminsäure einwirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass Wasser als solches in überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet ist. Das primäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. 1,3-Phenylendi.aminmono@oxaminsäure bildet ein graues Pulver, das sich,- über<B>290'</B> erhitzt, zersetzt. Es enthält noch zwei reaktionsfähige Chloratome und stellt ein wertvolles Aus gangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstof fen dar.
Beispiel: In eine Suspension von 18,5 Teilen Cya- nurchlorid in der 20fachen Menge Wasser werden in der Kälte 20,2 Teile 1,3-phenylen- diaminmono,oxaminsaures Natrium in 200 Teilen Wasser langsam zugerührt. Gleich zeitig wird die entstehende Salzsäure der- massen neutralisiert, dass die Reaktionsmasse immer lakmussauer bleibt. Sobald 3,6 Teile Salzsäure frei geworden sind, wird filtriert und der Filterrückstand getrocknet. Das Kon densationsprodukt stellt ein graues Pulver dar, das sich über<B>290'</B> C zersetzt.
Es ent hält noch zwei reaktionsfähige Chloratome.

At the same time, the resulting hydrochloric acid is neutralized to such an extent that the reaction mixture always remains lacemic. As soon as 3.6 parts of hydrochloric acid have become free, it is filtered and the filter residue is dried. The condensation product is a gray powder that decomposes over <B> 290 '</B> C.
It still contains two reactive chlorine atoms.
