Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfaruenludustrie. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das sekundäre Kondensa tionsprodukt von einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. Anilin und einem Mol.1-Amino- 4-clilorbenzol, erhält, wenn man auf ein Alol. Cyanurchlorid in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Mol. Anilin- und ein Mo). 1-Amino-4-chlor- benzal einwirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zus.am- inenrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, da.ss Wasser als solches in überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet ist.
Das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. Anilin und einem Ivfol. 1-Amino-4-chlorben- zol bildet, ,aus Aceton umkristallisiert, ein fast farbloses, kristallinisiches Pulver vom Fp. <B>190'.</B> Es enthält noch ein reaktionsfähiges Chloratom und stellt ein wertvolles Ausgangs material zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen,dar. <I>Beispiel:
</I> Zu einer Suspension von 18,5 Teilen Cya- nurclilorid in der 30fachen Menge Wasser werden in der Kälte 17,7 Teile 1-Amino-4- chlorbenzol, in 20 Teilen Aceton gelöst, gege ben und so lange gerührt, bis gerade 3,65 Teile Salzsäure frei geworden sind. Das Re- aldionsprcdukt wird filtriert und der Filter rückstand, in Aceton gelöst, in eine ,auf 40 erwärmte Suspension von 18,6 Teilen Anilin in 1000 Teilen Nasser eingetragen. .Sobald 3,65 Teile Salzsäure frei geworden sind, wird filtriert und getrocknet.
