Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     Zwischenproduktes    der Teerfarbenindustrie.    Es -wurde gefunden,     da.ss,    man ein neues  Zwischenprodukt, das sekundäre Kondensa  tionsprodukt von einem     Mol.        Cyanurchlorid     mit zwei     Mol.    Anilin, erhält, wenn man auf  ein     Mol.        Cya.nurchlorid    zwei     Mol.    Anilin ein  wirken lässt.  



  Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam  menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig  neten Verdünnungsmittel .durchgeführt, und  es wurde gefunden,     dass    Wasser .als     solches    in  überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet ist.  Das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus  einem     Mol.        Cyanurchlorid    mit zwei     Mol.    Ani  lin bildet ein in Wasser unlösliches, fast farb  loses Pulver. Aus     Aceton-Petroläther    umge  löst, schmilzt es bei 196     bis    197  . Es ent  hält noch ein reaktionsfähiges Chloratom und  stellt ein wertvolles Ausgangsmaterial zur  Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    Zu einer Suspension von 18,5 Teilen     Cya-          nurchlorid    in der 30fachen Menge Wasser  werden in der Kälte 9,3 Teile Anilin, in 20  Teilen Aceton gelöst, gegeben und so lange  gerührt, bis gerade 3,65 Teile Salzsäure frei    geworden sind. Das Reaktionsprodukt wird  filtriert und der Filterrückstand, in Aceton  gelöst, in eine auf 40' erwärmte Suspension  von 18,6 Teilen Anilin in 1000 Teilen Was  ser eingetragen. Sobald 3,65 Teile Salzsäure  frei geworden sind, wird filtriert und ge  trocknet.
