Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das sekundäre Kondensa tionsprodukt von einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Mol. 1. 8-Aminonaphthol-3 . 6-di- sulfosäure und einem Mol. Dimethylamin, erhält, wenn man auf ein Mol. Cyanur- chlorid in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Mol. 1.8-A.minonaphthol-3.6-disulfosäure und ein Mol. Dimethylamin einwirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass als solches Wasser in überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet ist. Das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid, einem Mol. 1.8- Aminonaphthol-3.6-disulfosäure und einem Hol. Dimethylamin bildet ein in Wasser leicht lösliches, farbloses, kristallinisches Pulver. Es enthält noch ein reaktionsfähiges Chloratom und stellt ein wertvolles Aus gangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farb stoffen dar.
Beispiel: 31,9 Teile 1.8-Aminonaphthol-3.6-di- sulfosäure werden in 500 Teilen Wasser unter Zusatz von 13,3 Teilen 30 %iger Na- tranlauge gelöst, mit 18,5 Teilen Cyanur- chlorid versetzt und gerührt, bis die Kom ponenten verschwunden sind. Die so erhal tene saure Lösung wird sehr vorsichtig fast genau neutralisiert und hierauf nach Zusatz von 30 Teilen kristallisiertem Natriumacetat mit einer Lösung von 7,9 Teilen Dimethyl- aminchlorhydrat versetzt. Man rührt, bis das Dimethylamin beinahe verschwunden ist, salzt aus, filtriert und trocknet.

This condensation is carried out by stirring the components together in a suitable diluent, and it has been found that, surprisingly, water is very suitable as such. The secondary condensation product of one mole of cyanuric chloride, one mole of 1.8-aminonaphthol-3.6-disulfonic acid and one hol. Dimethylamine forms a colorless, crystalline powder that is easily soluble in water. It still contains a reactive chlorine atom and is a valuable starting material for the production of dyes.
Example: 31.9 parts of 1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid are dissolved in 500 parts of water with the addition of 13.3 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution, mixed with 18.5 parts of cyanuric chloride and stirred until the com components have disappeared. The acidic solution obtained in this way is very carefully neutralized almost exactly and then, after adding 30 parts of crystallized sodium acetate, a solution of 7.9 parts of dimethylamine chlorohydrate is added. The mixture is stirred until the dimethylamine has almost disappeared, salted out, filtered and dried.
