Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das sekundäre Kond'ensa- tionsprodukt von einem Hol. Cyanurchloricl mit einem Hol. 1 - 8-Aminonaphthol-3 . 6-cli- sulfosäure und einem Hol. 1-Aminob,enzol- 3-karbonsäure, erhält, wenn man auf ein Hol.
Cyanurchlo,rid in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Hol. 1:,8-Aminonaphthol-3 . 6 -disulfosäure und ein Hol. 1-Aminobenzol-3-karbonsäure einwirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig- iieten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass als solches Wasser in überraschoiider Weise sehr gut geeignet ist. Das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Hol. Cyanurchlorid, einem Hol. 1. 8 -Aminonaphthol - 3 . 6 - disulfosäure und einem Hol. 1-Aminobenzol-3-karbonsäure bil det ein in Wasser leicht lösliches, farbloses, kristallinisches Pulver. Es enthält noch ein reaktionsfähiges Chloratom und stellt ein wertvolles Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar.
Beispiel: 31,9 Teile 1.8-A.minonaphthol-3.6-di- sulfosäure wenden in 500 Teilen Wasser un ter Zusatz von 13,3 Teilen 30 %iger Natron lauge gelöst, mit 18,5 Teilen Cyanurchlorid versetzt und gerührt, bis die Komponenten verschwunden sind. Die so erhaltene saure Lösung wird sehr vorsichtig fast genau neu tralisiert und hierauf mit einer Lösung aus 14 Teilen 1-Aminobexizol-3-karbonsäure in 200 Teilen Wasser und 13,3 Teilen 30 %ig#ar Natronlauge versetzt.
Man rührt, bis die 1- Aminobenzol-3-l,.arbonsäure fast verschwun den ist, und isoliert das sekundäre Konden sationsprodukt aus einem Hol. Cyanurchlorid, einem 1H1. 1. 8-Aminonaphthol-3 - 6-disulf o- säure und einem Hol. 1-Aminobenzol-3-kar- bonsäuro durch Aussalzen.
