Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das sekundäre Kondensa tionsprodukt von einem Hol. Cyanurchlorid mit einem Hol. 1 # 8-Aminonaphthol-3 . 6-di- sulfosäure und einem Hol. 1-Amino-4-acetyl- aminobenzol, erhält, wenn man auf ein Hol.
Cyanurchlorid in beliebiger Reihenfolge ein Hol. 1 . 8-Aminonaphthol-3 . 6-disulfosäure und ein Hol. 1-Amino-4-acetylaminobenzol ein-,virken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass als solches Wasser in überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet ist. Das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Hol. Cyanurchlorid, einem Hol. 1. 8 Aminonaphthol-3.6-disulfosäure und einem Hol. 1-Air:no-4-acetylaminbenzol bildet ein in Wasser leicht lösliches, farbloses, kristal linisches Pulver. Es enthält noch ein reak tionsfähiges Chloratom und stellt ein wert volles Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar.
Beispiel: 31,9 Teile 1.8-Aminonaphthol-3.6-di- sulfosäure werden in 500 Teilen Wasser unter Zusatz von 13,3 Teilen 30 %iger Natron lauge gelöst, mit 18,5 Teilen Cyanurchlorid versetzt und gerührt, bis die Komponenten verschwunden sind. Die so erhaltene säure Lösung wird sehr vorsichtig fast genau neu tralisiert und hierauf nach Zusatz von 30 Teilen kristallisiertem Natriumacetat, mit einer Lösung von 17,2 Teilen salzsaurem 1-Amino-4-acetylaminobenzol versetzt.
Man rührt, bis das 1-Amino-4-acetylaminobenzol beinahe verschwunden ist, salzt aus, filtriert und trocknet.

The acid solution obtained in this way is very carefully neutralized almost exactly and then, after adding 30 parts of crystallized sodium acetate, a solution of 17.2 parts of 1-amino-4-acetylaminobenzene hydrochloric acid is added.
The mixture is stirred until the 1-amino-4-acetylaminobenzene has almost disappeared, salted out, filtered and dried.
