Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt, das sekundäre Kondensa- tionsprodukt von einem Mol. Cya.nurchlorid mit einem 1M1. 1.8-Aminonaphthol-3.6-di- sulfosäure und einem Mol. 1-Aminoben7,ol-2- oxy-5-sulfo-3-karbonsäure, erhält, wenn man auf ein hol.
Cyanurchlorid in beliebiger Rei henfolge ein Mol. 1.8-Aminonaphthol-3.6- disulfosäure und ein Mol. 1-Amino-2-oxy-5- sulfo-3-l:arbonsäure einwirken lässt.
Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam- menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig neten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt, und es wurde gefunden, dass als solches Wasser in überraschender Weise sehr gut geeignet ist.
Das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid, einem Mol. 1.8- Aminonaphthol-3.6-disulfosä,ure und einem Mol. 1- Amiobeii7ol-2-oxy-5-sulfo-3-karboiz- säure bildet ein in Wasser leicht lösliches, farbloses, kristallinischer Pulver. Es enthält noch ein reaktionsfähiges Chloratom und stellt ein wertvolles Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar.
13eisiel: 31,9 Teile 1.8-Aminonaphthol-3.6-di- sulfosäure werden in 500 Teilen Wasser un ter Zusatz von 13,3 Teilen 30 ioiger Natron lauge gelöst, mit<B>18,5</B> Teilen Cyanurchlorid versetzt und gerührt, bis die Komponenten verschwunden sind. Die so erhaltene saure Lösung wird sehr vorsichtig fast genau neu tralisiert und hierauf mit einer Lösung aus 24 Teilen 1.8-Aminonaphthol-3.6-disulfo- säure in 200 Teilen Wasser und 26,6 Teilen 30 %iger Natronlauge versetzt.
Man rührt, bis die 1-Aminobenzol-2-oxy-5-sulfo-3-kar- bonsäure fast verschwunden ist, und isoliert das sekundäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem Mol. Cyanurchlorid, einem Mol. 1.8 A.minonaphthol-3 - 6-disulfosäure und einem Mol. 1-Amino enzol-2-oxy-,5-sulifo-3-karbon- säure durch Aussalzen.

This condensation is carried out by stirring the components together in a suitable diluent, and it has been found that, surprisingly, water is very suitable as such.
The secondary condensation product of one mole of cyanuric chloride, one mole of 1.8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid and one mole of 1-aminonaphthol-2-oxy-5-sulfo-3-carboic acid forms a colorless acid which is readily soluble in water , crystalline powder. It still contains a reactive chlorine atom and is a valuable starting material for the production of dyes.
13eisiel: 31.9 parts of 1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulphonic acid are dissolved in 500 parts of water with the addition of 13.3 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution, mixed with 18.5 parts of cyanuric chloride and stirred until the components are gone. The acidic solution thus obtained is very carefully neutralized almost exactly and a solution of 24 parts of 1,8-aminonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid in 200 parts of water and 26.6 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution is then added.
The mixture is stirred until the 1-aminobenzene-2-oxy-5-sulfo-3-carboxylic acid has almost disappeared, and the secondary condensation product is isolated from one mole of cyanuric chloride and one mole of 1.8 A.minonaphthol-3-6-disulfonic acid and one mole of 1-amino enzene-2-oxy, 5-sulpho-3-carbonic acid by salting out.
