Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Zwischenproduktes    der     Teerfarbenindustrie.       Es wurde gefunden,     da.ss    man ein neues       Zwischenprodukt,    (las tertiäre Kondensations  produkt von einem     Mo.l.        Cyanurchlorid    mit  drei.     Mol.        1,4-Phenylendiamin-3-sulfosätire,     erhält, wenn man     ,auf    ein     Mol.        Cyanurchlorid     drei     Kol.        1,4-Phenylentli,a,min-3-sulfosäure     einwirken     lUt.     



  Diese Kondensation wird durch Zusam  menrühren der Komponenten in einem geeig  neten     Verdünnungsmittel    durchgeführt, und  es wurde     gefunden,        da.ss    Wasser .als solches in       überraschender    Weise sehr gut geeignet ist.  Das tertiäre Kondensationsprodukt aus einem       Mol.        Cy,anurchlorid    mit drei     Mol.        1,4-Phenyl-          endia.min-3-sulfosäure    bildet ein in Wasser  leicht lösliches, kristallinisches, fast     farbloses     Pulver.

   Es enthält kein reaktionsfähiges  Chloratom mehr und stellt ein wertvolles       Ausgangsmaterial    .zur Herstellung von Farb  stoffen dar.  



       Beispiel:     Zu einer     feilen    Suspension von 18,5 Tei  len     Cyanurchlorid    und 500 Teilen Wasser  fügt man bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur 42    Teile des     Natronsalzes    der     1,4-Phenylen-          diamin-3-sulfosäure    zu.

   Nach kurzer Zeit  wird die     entstandene    Salzsäure     durch        vorsich-          tigen    Zusatz einer wässerigen Lösung von  10,6 Teilen Soda     @abgestumpft.    Wenn fast  keine     Phenylendia-minsulfosäure    mehr nach  gewiesen werden kann, wird noch so viel Soda  zugegeben,     bis    eine klare Lösung entstanden  ist.

   Hierauf wird mit 23 Teilen     Natriums,alz     der     1,4-Phenylendiaimin-3-sulfosäure    versetzt,  zum     Kochen    erhitzt und nach zirka einer  Stunde .das tertiäre Kondensationsprodukt aus  einem     Mol.        Cyanurchlorid    und drei     Mol.        1,4-          Phenylendiamin-3-sulfosäure    durch     Zusatz     von .Salzsäure heiss .gefällt und     sofort    .erbfil  triert.

   After a short time, the hydrochloric acid formed is blunted by the careful addition of an aqueous solution of 10.6 parts of soda. If almost no more phenylenediamine sulfonic acid can be detected, enough soda is added until a clear solution is obtained.

Cyänurehlorid mit drei Mol. 1,4-Phenylendiamin-3-sulfo- säure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf ein Mol. Cyanurchlorid drei Mol. 1,4-Phenyl- endiamin-3-sulfosäure einwirken lässt.
