Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer neuen     Doppelyerbindung.       Das vorliegende Verfahren     betrifft    die Dar  stellung einer neuen Doppelverbindung und  ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     Calcium-          gluconat    und     Calciummaltobionat    in wässe  rigem Medium erhitzt.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    215     gr        Calciumgluconat    und 377     gr    Cal  ciummaltobionat werden unter Erwärmen in  einem Liter Wasser gelöst und das neue       Calciumdoppelsalz    dadurch erhalten, dass man  die Lösung kurze Zeit erhitzt.

   Die Doppel  verbindung kann aus der Lösung durch Fäl  len mit einem wasserlöslichen, organischen  Lösungsmittel oder durch Eindampfen isoliert  werden.  



  Die neue Verbindung stellt in trockenem  Zustande ein weisses Pulver dar, das in Wasser  sehr leicht löslich ist. Im Hochvakuum bei       60'    getrocknet enthält es     6,71/o        Calcium.     Beim Erhitzen mit Salzsäure wird die neue  Verbindung gespalten, wobei die Maltobion-    säure als Spaltungsprodukt Glukose liefert,  welche die     Fehling'sche    Lösung reduziert und       mitPhenylhydrazin    als     Phenylglucosazon    nach  gewiesen werden kann.

Die neue Verbindung stellt in trockenem Zustande ein weisses Pulver dar, das in Wasser sehr leicht löslich ist.
