Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von in Wasser leicht löslichen Doppelverbindungen aus Coffein. Es ist bekannt, daß Coffein mit den Alkalisalzen aliphatischer und aromatischer Säuren in leichtlösliche Doppelverbindungen übergeführt werden kann.Process for the production of double compounds which are readily soluble in water made from caffeine. Es hinterbleibt ein weißes, kristallinisches Pulver, das in Wasser leichtlöslich ist. Bei.spie12. 229 g 4-äthoxyphenylmalonamidsaures Lithium werden mit 212 g Coffein in wenig Wasser gelöst und die klare Lösung auf dem Wasserbade eingedampft.
