Wasser mitein ander in Reaktion treten.
Easily soluble, stable lip dye preparation ready. It has been found that vat dyes produce a readily soluble preparation when mixed with alkali, dispersing sulfonic acid salts and hydrosulfite.
It is advantageous to proceed in such a way that the dye is evaporated with alkali and the dispersing sulfonic acid salts, which can be, for example, salts of sulfonic acids of unsaturated fatty acids, lignin sulfonic acid salts, sulfite cellulose liquor and the like, and the mixture obtained in this way dry with hydrosul - fit mixed. This creates a mixture which is stable and whose components only react with one another when water is added.
The mixture easily dissolves when water is added, even if such dyes have been used as the güpenfarbstaffe which are difficult to dissolve by the usual method. The shelf life of the new preparation is surprisingly good due to its low hygroscopicity. Example 1: 10 kg 2- (4'-chloroanilido 1 # 4-naphthoquinone are intimately mixed with 5 kg monopole soap, ge dissolved in a little water, and 14 kg sodium hydroxide solution of 40 B6 and under Brought to dryness without air.
The product obtained is then ground with the addition of 8 kg of hydrosulfite powder. The preparation obtained in this way, when poured over with water, immediately evaporates into solution and can be used for coloring without any further addition. Example 2: 10 kg of dianilidoquinone are poured over 4 kg of monopole soap, dissolved in water, and stirred with 20 kg of 40 Be sodium hydroxide solution. The mass is then brought to dryness in a vacuum. The dry product is finally mixed well with 7 kg of hydrosulfite powder.
The preparation obtained dissolves easily when water is poured over it.
