Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstofes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  neuen     Farbstoff    erhält, wenn man 1 Hol des       5,5'-Dioxy-7,7'-disulfo-1,2,2',1'    -     dinaphthazins     mit 2     Mol        diazotierter        4-Nitro-2-amino-l-          phenol-6-sulfosäure    kombiniert und den erhal  tenen Farbstoff mit kupferabgebenden Mit  teln behandelt.  



  Der neue kupferhaltige Farbstoff' ist  trocken ein grauschwarzes Pulver, welches  sich in Wasser und in verdünnten Alkalien  mit dunkelgrünblauer und in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit schwärzlicher Farbe löst.  Baumwolle wird aus     sodaalkalischem    Bade  in echten grüngrauen Tönen angefärbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man kombiniert in Gegenwart von Soda  47,2 Teile     5,5'-Dioxy-7,7'disulfo-1,2,2',1'-di-          riaphthazin    mit dem     Diazokörper    aus 44  Teilen     4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-6-sulfosäure     und salzt nach beendeter Kupplung aus.  



  90 Teile dieses     Diazofarbstoffes    werden  in 3000 Teilen heissem Wasser gelöst und    mit der gesättigten Lösung von 50 Teilen  kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat versetzt, worauf  sich sofort die Kupferverbindung bildet. Der  Farblack wird durch Kochsalz aus der Lö  sung abgeschieden und getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol des 5,5'-Dioxy-7.7'disulfo-1,2,2', 1'-dinaphthazins mit 2 Mol diazotierter 4- Nitro-2-amino-1- phenol - 6 - sulfosäure kombi niert und den erhaltenen Farbstoff mit kup ferabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
