Remontoir hermétique. L'objet de la présente invention est un remontoir hermétique comprenant une cou ronne pouvant se visser sur la boîte, un res sort tendant à éloigner cette couronne de cette boîte et un dispositif d'accouplement, dont une partie est portée par la couronne et l'autre par la tige de remontoir et qui, lorsque la couronne est séparée de la boîte met cette couronne en prise avec cette tige. Ce remontoir est caractérisé en ce que la couronne se visse sur la boîte par le moyen de deux pas de vis, dont l'un est pratiqué à l'extrémité interne du pendant, lequel pénètre dans la boîte et dont l'autre est pratiqué à l'extrémité interne d'un manchon que présente la couronne et qui est logé dans le pendant.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.
La fig. 1 en est une coupe verticale axiale; les fig. 2 et 3 montrent un détail, la première en élévation et la seconde, en coupe par III-III de fig. 2. La fig. 4 est un plan d'un second détail. Les fig. 5 et 6 montrent un troisième détail dans deux positions diffé rentes de fonctionnement.
Aux figures, 1 est la boîte de montre et 2 le tube ou pendant figé à celle-ci, qui pé nètre dans la boîte et qui présente, à son extrémité intérieure, un pas de vis 3. 4 est la tige de remontoir se terminant par un carré 5,. sur lequel est fixée, par une vis 6, une tête 7. Cette tête représentée en plan en fig. 4 présente quatre saillies longitudinales 8 lais sant entre elles des rainures longitudinales 9. 10 est la couronne faisant corps avec un manchon 11 logé dans le pendant 2 et se terminant par un pas de vis 12. Intérieure ment (voir fig. 2 et 3) le manchon présente quatre saillies longitudinales 13 alternant avec quatre rainures longitudinales 14. Entre la tête 7 et la couronne est disposée un res sort à boudin 15.
Dans le fond de deux rainures opposées 14 dû manchon, on a vissé deux vis 16 dans l'extrémité interne de chacune desquelles est pratiquée une encoche transversale 17, de même section droite que les rainures 14, de faon qu'en définitive, chaque vis 16 est for mée d'une partie pleine 16a portant deux saillies 16b à section droite, en forme de seg ment de cercle.
Avant le montage du remontoir, les deux vis 16 ont la position montrée en fig. 5, où leurs encoches coïncident avec les rainures 14. On peut alors assembler les différentes parties du remontoir, après quoi, par les trous 18 pratiqués dans le pendant 2, on fait tour ner d'un quart de tour les deux vis 16, de façon que les parties 16b fassent saillie dans les rainures 14, comme montré en fig. 1.
Au repos, le manchon 11 est vissé par son pas de vis 12, dans le pas de vis 3 du pendant 2, ce qui rend le remontoir étanche. Pour remonter la montre, on dévisse la cou ronne 10 qui, sous l'influence du ressort 15, est poussée vers l'extérieur, de façon que les saillies et rainures 13 et 14 du manchon viennent s'engager avec les rainures et saillies 9 et 8 de la .tête de la tige; à partir de ce moment, la couronne et la tige sont solidaires en rotation. Quant aux vis 16, leurs extrémi tés sont venues se placer sous la tête 7, de façon que si l'on tire davantage la couronne vers l'extérieur, ces saillies, prenant appui sous cette tête, tireront également, vers l'ex térieur, la tige de remontoir pour la mettre en position de mise à l'heure.
Un des avantages de cette disposition est que les pas de vis de la couronne et du pen dant étant à l'intérieur de la boîte, la cou ronne ne fait que très peu saillie à l'exté rieur de celle-ci.
Hermetic winder. In the figures, 1 is the watch case and 2 the tube or pendant fixed to it, which penetrates into the case and which has, at its inner end, a screw thread 3. 4 is the winding stem ending by a square 5 ,. to which is fixed, by a screw 6, a head 7. This head shown in plan in FIG. 4 has four longitudinal projections 8 leaving between them longitudinal grooves 9. 10 is the crown integral with a sleeve 11 housed in the pendant 2 and ending in a thread 12. Internally (see fig. 2 and 3) the sleeve has four longitudinal projections 13 alternating with four longitudinal grooves 14. Between the head 7 and the crown is disposed a coil spring 15.
In the bottom of two opposite grooves 14 of the sleeve, we screwed two screws 16 in the inner end of each of which is made a transverse notch 17, of the same cross section as the grooves 14, so that ultimately each screw 16 is formed from a solid part 16a carrying two projections 16b with a straight section, in the form of a segment of a circle.
Before assembling the winder, the two screws 16 are in the position shown in fig. 5, where their notches coincide with the grooves 14. The different parts of the winder can then be assembled, after which, through the holes 18 made in the pendant 2, the two screws 16 are turned a quarter of a turn. so that the parts 16b protrude into the grooves 14, as shown in fig. 1.
At rest, the sleeve 11 is screwed by its thread 12, in the thread 3 of the pendant 2, which makes the winder waterproof. To wind the watch, the crown 10 is unscrewed which, under the influence of the spring 15, is pushed outwards, so that the projections and grooves 13 and 14 of the sleeve engage with the grooves and projections 9 and 8 from the head of the rod; from this moment, the crown and the rod are integral in rotation. As for the screws 16, their ends have come to be placed under the head 7, so that if the crown is pulled further outwards, these projections, bearing under this head, will also pull outwards. , the winding stem to put it in the time-setting position.
One of the advantages of this arrangement is that the threads of the crown and the pendant being inside the case, the crown protrudes very little outside it.
