  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 185149.         Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man das dianotierte       Diäthylamid    der     2-Amino-4'-chlor-1,1'-di-          phenyläther-4-carbonsäure    mit dem     p-Phene-          tidid    der     2.3-Oxynapbthoesäure    vereinigt.  Der Farbstoff stellt einen roten Niederschlag  dar. Auf geeigneten Substraten, wie zum  Beispiel Baumwolle, hergestellt, färbt er diese  in scharlachroten Tönen mit vortrefflichen  Echtheitseigenschaften.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  31,8 Teile des     Diäthylamids    der     2-Amino-          4'-chlor-1,1'-diphenyläther-4-carbocisäure    wer  den wie üblich dianotiert und in eine Lösung  von 30,7 Teilen des     p-Phenetidids    der 2.3  Oxynaphthoesäure, 50 Teilen 30     o/oiger    Na  triumhydroxydlösung, 15 Teilen Soda und    2000 Teilen Wasser eingetragen. Der gebil  dete Farbstoff fällt sofort aus. Der rote  Niederschlag wird filtriert und getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das dianotierte Diäthylamid der 2-Amino- 4'-chlor-1,1'-diphenyläther--4-carbons < iure mit dem p-Phenetidid der 2.3-Oxynaphthoesäure vereinigt. Der Farbstoff stellt einen roten Niederschlag dar. Auf geeigneten Substraten, wie zum Beispiel Baumwolle, hergestellt, färbt er diese in scharlachroten Tönen mit vortrefflichen Echtheitseigenschaften.
