Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     diazotiertes          3-Amino-phthalsäure-N-äthyl-imid    mit dem       2,3-Ogynaphthoesäure-4'-methogyanilid        ver-          einigt.     



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein rotes, in  Wasser unlösliches Pulver. Auf geeigneten       Substraten,    wie z. B. Baumwolle, hergestellt,  färbt er diese in echten, scharlachroten Tönen.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    19 Teile des 3 -     Amino    -     phthalsäure    -     N-          äthyl-imids    werden wie üblich     diazohert    und  in eine Lösung von 29,3 Teilen     2,3-Ogy-          naphthoesäure-4'-methogyanilid,    40 Teilen  30%iger     Natriumhydrogydlösung,    15 Teilen    Soda in 1000 Teilen Wasser eingetragen.  Der gebildete Farbstoff fällt sofort aus.

   Der  scharlachrote Niederschlag wird filtriert und       getrocknet.

Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein rotes, in Wasser unlösliches Pulver. Auf geeigneten Substraten, wie z. B. Baumwolle, hergestellt, färbt er diese in echten scharlachroten Tönen.
