Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man dianotiertes       1-Amino-2,5-dimethoxy-4'-nitro-azobenzol    mit  dem     1-(a)-naphthylazo-2-amino-3-oxynaphtha-          lin    vereinigt. Der neue     Farbstoff        bildet        ein     schwarzes, in     Wasser        unlösliches        Pulver;    auf  geeigneten Substraten, wie z. B. Baumwolle,  hergestellt, färbt er diese in echten schwarzen  Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  30,2 Teile     1-Amino-2,5-dimethoxy-4'-nitro-          azobenzol    werden wie üblich dianotiert und  in eine Lösung von 31,3 Teilen     1-(a)-naph-          thylazo-2-amino-3-oxynaphthalin,    40     Teilen     30     o/oiger        Natriumhydroxydlösung,    15 Teilen       Natriumacetat    und 1000     Teilen    Wasser ein-    getragen. Der     gebildete        Farbstoff    fällt sofort  aus. Der schwarze Niederschlag wird     filtriert     und getrocknet.

The dye formed precipitates immediately. The black precipitate is filtered off and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man dianotiertes 1-Amino-2,5-dimethoxy-4'- nitro-azobenzol mit dem 1-(a)-naphthylazo-2- amino-3-oxynaphthalin vereinigt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein schwarzes Pulver, das in Wasser unlöslich ist. Auf geeigneten Sub straten, wie z. B. Baumwolle, hergestellt, färbt er diese in echten schwarzen Tönen.
