<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 1865.50. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen Azofarbstoff erhält, wenn man diazotiertes I-Aminobenzol-2,4-#di-(diäthyls#ulfamid) mit dem 2,8 - Oxynaphthoesäure - 2' - methoxy - 5' ehloranilid vereinigt.
Der neue Farbstoff stellt einen roten Nie derschlag dar. Auf geeigneten Substraten, wie z. B. Baumwolle, hergestellt, färbt er diese in orangen Tönen von sehr guten Echt heitseigenschaften.
Beispiel: 30 Teile 1-Aminobenzol-2,4-:di-(diKthyl- sulfamid) werden wie üblich diazotiert und in eine Lösung von 32,7 Teilen 2,3-Oxynaph- thoesäure-2'-methoxy-5'-chloranilid, 50 Teilen 30%iger Natronlauge, 30 Teilen Soda und 2000 Teilen Wasser eingetragen. Der gebil dete Farbstoff fällt sofort aus. Der rote Nie derschlag wird filtriert und getrocknet.
