  <B>Zusatzpatent</B>     zum.    Hauptpatent Nr.     18"0146.       Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man dianotiertes       4-Ainino-        3-äthoxy-p-oxäthyl-4'-n        itro    -1,1'-     azo-          benzol    mit dem     2,4-Dimethoxy-5-chloi-anilid     der 2,3 -     Oxyiiaphthoesäui#e    vereinigt. Der  neue Farbstoff stellt einen violetten Nieder  schlag dar.

   Auf- geeigneten Substraten, wie  zum Beispiel Baumwolle, hergestellt, färbt  er diese in     corinth-violetten    Tönen mit vor  trefflichen Echtheitseigenschaften.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  33 Teile     4-Amino-3-äthoxy-p-oxäthyl-4'-          niti#o-1,1-azobenzol    werden wie üblich diano  tiert und in eine Lösung von 35,7 Teilen  2,3 -     Oxynaphthoesäure    - 2',4' -     dimetboxy-5'-          chloranilid,    50 Teilen 30     o/oiger    Natronlauge,  30 Teilen Soda und 2000 Teilen Wasser    eingetragen. Der gebildete     Farbstoff    fällt  sofort aus. Der     corinth-violette    Niederschlag  wird filtriert und getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man dianotiertes 4-Amino-3-äthoxy-ss-oxäthyl- 4'-nitro-1,1'-azobenzol mit dem 2,4-Dimethoxy- 5-chloranilid der 2,3-Oxynapbthoesäure ver einigt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt einen vio letten Niederschlag dar. Auf geeigneten Sub straten, wie zum Beispiel Baumwolle, her gestellt, färbt er diese in corinth-violetten Tönen von vortrefflichen Echtheitseigen schaften.
