Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     diazotiertes          3-Amino-phtbalsäure-N-äthylimid    mit dem       2,3-Oxynaphthoesäur        e-2'-methyl-4'-chloraiiilid     vereinigt.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff    bildet ein orangerotes,  in Wasser unlösliches Pulver. Auf geeigneten  Substraten, wie z: B. Baumwolle, hergestellt,  färbt er diese in echten orangen Tönen.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    19 Teile des     3-Amino-phthalsäure-N-äthyl-          imids    werden wie üblich     diazotiert    und in eine  Lösung von 31,7 Teilen 2,3 -     Oxynaphthoe-          säure-2'-methyl-4'-chloranilid,    40 Teilen 30  prozentigerNatriumhydroxydlösung,15 Teilen    Soda in 1000 Teilen Wasser eingetragen.  Der gebildete Farbstoff fällt sofort aus. Der  orangerote Niederschlag wird filtriert und  getrocknet.

The dye formed precipitates immediately. The orange-red precipitate is filtered and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 3-Amino-phthalsäure-N-äthyl- imid mit dem 2,3 - Oxynaphthoesäure- 2'- me- thyl-4'-chloranilid vereinigt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein orangerotes Pulver, das in Wasser unlöslich ist. Auf ge eigneten Substraten, wie z. B. Baumwolle, hergestellt, färbt er diese in echten orangen Tönen.
