      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 182961.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     diazotiertes     4 -     Benzoylamino    - 2 -     (3    -     methoxyäthyl        äther    - 5     -          äthoxy-l-aminobenzol    mit     2,3-Oxynaphthoe-          säui,e-2'-methoxy-5'-chloranilid    vereinigt. Der  neue Farbstoff bildet ein blaues, in Wasser  unlösliches Pulver.

   Auf geeigneten Substraten,  wie zum Beispiel Zellulose, hergestellt, färbt  es diese in wertvollen blauen Tönen.    <I>Beispiel</I>    33 Teile     4-Benzoylamino-2-ss-methoxy-          äthyläther-5-äthoxy-l-aminobenzol    werden wie  üblich     diazotiert    und in eine Lösung von  32,7 Teilen     2,3-Oxynaphthoesäure-2'-methoxy-          5'-chloranilid,    60 Teilen 30      /oiger    Natron  lauge, 30 Teilen Soda und 2000 Teilen    Wasser eingetragen. Der gebildete Farbstoff  fällt sofort aus. Der blaue Niederschlag wird  filtriert und getrocknet.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes4-Benzoylamino-2-p-methoxy= äthyläther-5-äthoxy-l-aminobenzol mit 2,3- Oxynaphthoesäure - 2'- methoxy- 5'- chloranilid vereinigt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein blaues, in Wasser unlösliches Pulver. Auf geeigneten Substraten, wie zum Beispiel Zellulose, her gestellt, färbt es diese in wertvollen blauen Tönen.
