Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     diazotiertes          3-Amino-phthalsäure-N-iso-amyl-imid    mit dem       2,3-Oxynaphthoesäure-3'-chloranilid    vereinigt.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff    bildet ein orangerotes,  in Wasser unlösliches Pulver. Auf geeigneten  Substraten, wie z. B. Baumwolle, hergestellt,  färbt er diese in echten orangeroten Tönen.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  23,2 Teile des     3-Amino-phthalsäure-N-          iso-amyl-imids    werden wie üblich     diazotiert     und in eine Lösung von 29,7 Teilen     2,3-          Oxynaphthoesäure-3'-chloranilid,    40 Teilen  30     o/oiger        Natriumhydroxydlösung,    15 Teilen  Soda in 1000 Teilen Wasser eingetragen. Der    gebildete Farbstoff fällt sofort aus. Der orange  rote Niederschlag wird filtriert und getrocknet.

The dye formed precipitates immediately. The orange-red precipitate is filtered and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 3-Amino-phthalsäure-N-iso- amyl-imid mit dem 2,3-Oxynaphthoesäure-3'- chloranilid vereinigt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein orangerotes Pulver, das in Wasser unlöslich ist. Auf ge eigneten Substraten; wie z. B. Baumwolle, hergestellt, färbt er diese in echten orange roten Tönen.
