  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 187425.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     diazotierten          p-Chlorphenylester    der     2-Aminobenzoesäure     mit dem     4-Chlor-2-anisidid    der     2.,3-Oxy-          naphthoesäure    vereinigt. Der neue Farbstoff  stellt einen orangen Niederschlag dar. Auf  geeigneten Substraten, wie z.     B.    Baumwolle,  hergestellt, färbt er diese in orangen Tönen  mit: vortrefflichen Echtheitseigenschaften.

         Beispiel:     24,8 Teile des     p-Chlorphenylesters    der       2-Aminobenzoesäure    werden wie üblich     di-          azotiert    und in eine Lösung von 32,5 Teilen       2,3-Oxynaphthoesäure-    5'- chlor-     2'-methoxy-          anilid,    50 Teilen     30%iger    Natronlauge, '30  Teilen Soda und 2.000 Teilen Wasser einge-    tragen. Der gebildete Farbstoff fällt sofort  aus. Der orange Niederschlag wird filtriert  und getrocknet.

Der neue Farbstoff stellt einen orangen Niederschlag ,dar.
