Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen wert vollen Küpenfarbstoff erhalten kann, wenn man 1 Mol eines Dihalogenbenzanthronpyr- azolanthrons,
wie es erhalten werden kann durch Behandeln von 1 Mal Benzanthronpyr- azolanthron mit mindestens 1 Mol eines Ila- logenierungsmittels in Gegenwart eines sau ren anorganischen Verdünnungsmittels und Überträgern, mit 2 Mol 1-Aminoanthrachi- non bei erhöhter Temperatur umsetzt.
Die Umsetzung wird zweckmässig in hochsiedenden Verdünnungsmitteln in Gegen wart von säurebindenden Mitteln und- von Katalysatoren durchgeführt.
Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe und liefert auf Baumwolle aus dunkelgrüner Küpe kräftige graue bis schwarze Färbungen von ausgezeichneter Echtheit, insbesondere von vorzüglicher Laugenkochechtheit. <I>Beispiel:</I> 62 Teile des nach dem Schweiz.
Patent Nr. 152142 erhältlichen Dibrombenzanthron- pyrazolanthrons werden in 1000 Teilen Naph- talin nach Zugabe von 46 Teilen 1-Amino- anthrachinon, 50 Teilen Natriumacetat und 12 Teilen Kupferoxyd so lange unter Rüh ren gekocht, bis eine entnommene Probe praktisch bromfrei ist. Dann lässt man ab kühlen, verdünnt mit einem tiefschmelzenden Verdünnungsmittel, zum Beispiel mit 1000 Teilen Monochlorbenzol, und saugt das Re aktionsprodukt ab.
Man kann auch das Sus- pensionsmittel abdestillieren, gegebenenfalls unter vermindertem Druck, oder mit Wasser dampf, oder mit Wasserdampf und unter ver mindertem Druck.

The reaction is expediently carried out in high-boiling diluents in the presence of acid-binding agents and catalysts.
The new dye dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a green color and provides strong gray to black dyeings of excellent fastness, especially excellent fastness to lye boiling, on cotton from a dark green vat. <I> Example: </I> 62 parts of to Switzerland.
Patent No. 152142 available dibromobenzanthrone pyrazolanthrons are boiled with stirring in 1000 parts of naphthalene after adding 46 parts of 1-aminoanthraquinone, 50 parts of sodium acetate and 12 parts of copper oxide until a sample taken is practically bromine-free.
