Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 113920.    Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     güpenfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfa,rb-          stoffes    aus dem     Kondensationsprodukt    aus     Mo-          nochlorperylentetrakarbonsäureanhydrid    mit  o     phenylendiamin    und Phenol.  



  Das Verfahren     wird    beispielsweise fol  gendermassen ausgeführt:  10 Teile des violetten Kondensations  produktes aus     Monochlorperylentetrakarbon-          säureanhydrid        (wie    es aus     Perylentetrakar-          bonsäureanhydrid    durch Chlorieren bis zur       Monoahlorstufe,    beispielsweise in     Chlorsulfon,    säure, erhalten werden kann) und     o-Phe-          nylendiamin    werden mit etwa 70 Teilen  Phenol und 7 Teilen     Kaliumkarbonat    acht  bis zehn Stunden unter Rühren zum Sieden  erhitzt.

   Die Aufarbeitung der Schmelze kann  .so erfolgen, dass man nach dem Abkühlen  mit Alkohol verdünnt, absaugt, mit Alkohol  und dann mit Wasser wäscht und trocknet.  



  Der in trockenem, pulverförmigem Zu  stande     schwarzviolette    Farbstoff ist in     Al-          kalien    und Säuren unlöslich. In konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure löst er sich blaugrün,    in organischen Lösungsmitteln violett bis  blau mit braunroter Fluoreszenz. Die     Hydro-          sulfitküpe    ist blau. Auf Baumwolle erhält  man ein echtes, rötliches Blau.

   The melt can be worked up in such a way that after cooling it is diluted with alcohol, filtered off with suction, washed with alcohol and then with water and dried.



  The black-violet dye when dry, in powder form, is insoluble in alkalis and acids. In concentrated sulfuric acid it dissolves blue-green, in organic solvents purple to blue with brown-red fluorescence. The hydrosulfite vat is blue. On cotton you get a real, reddish blue.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpen- fa.rbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass .man das Kondensationsprodukt aus Mono- chlorperylentetrakarbonsäureanhydrid, wie es aus Tetrakarbonsäureanhydrid durch Chlo rieren bis zur Monochlorstuf e beispielsweise in Chlorsulfonsäure erhalten werden kann, und o-Phenylendiamin mit Phenol umsetzt.
