Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent     hir.    113920.    Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Nüpenfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarb-          stoffes    aus chloriertem     Isodibenzanthron    mit  einem Chlorgehalt von etwa 10 01o, wie es  nach dem Verfahren der deutschen Patent  schrift Nr. 217570 erhältlich ist, und     Phe-          nolen.    Das Verfahren wird beispielsweise  folgendermassen ausgeführt:

    10 Teile chloriertes     Isodibenzanthron    mit  einem Chlorgehalt von etwa 10 %, wie es  nach dem Verfahren der deutschen Patent  schrift Nr. 217570 erhältlich ist, werden mit       etwa,    80 Teilen Phenol und 8 Teilen     Ä.tz-          kali    etwa 10 Stunden unter Rühren zum  Sieden erhitzt. Die Aufarbeitung der Schmelze       kann    so erfolgen,     dass    man nach dem Ab  kühlen mit Alkohol verdünnt, absaugt, mit  Alkohol und dann mit Wasser wäscht und  trocknet.  



  Der in trockenem, pulverförmigem Zu  stande     violettschwarze    Farbstoff ist in     Al-          kalien    und Säuren unlöslich. In konzen-         trierter    Schwefelsäure löst er sich grau,  in organischen Lösungsmitteln     violett    bis  blau mit roter     Fluoreszenz.    Die     Iiydro-          sulfitküpe    ist blau. Baumwolle wird .in ihr  in echten, blauen Tönen angefärbt.

  The dye, which is violet-black when dry, in powder form, is insoluble in alkalis and acids. In concentrated sulfuric acid it dissolves gray, in organic solvents violet to blue with red fluorescence. The hydrosulfite vat is blue. Cotton is dyed in it in real, blue tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpen- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass chloriertes Isodibenzanbhron mit einem Chlorgehalt von etwa 10 %, wie es nach dem Verfahren der deutschen Patentschrift Nr: 217,570 erhältlich ist, mit Phenol um gesetzt wird. Der in trockenem, pulverförmigem Zu stande violettschwarze Farbstoff ist in Al- kalien und Säuren unlöslich.
