  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Es ist gefunden worden, dass man durch  Kondensation von     Perylen-3.4.9.10-tetra-          earbonsäure    mit einer Lösung von     Athyl-          amin    einen wertvollen     güpenfarbstoff    er  hält.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  1000 Gewichtsteile     Perylentetracarbon-          säureanhydrid    werden mit     etwa    4000 Gewichts  teilen einer wässerigen Lösung von     Äthyl-          amin    im     Autoklaven    bis zum Verschwinden  der     Perylentetracarbonsäure    auf etwa<B>180'</B>  erhitzt. Der in annähernd berechneter Menge  ausgeschiedene Farbstoff wird nach dem  Erkalten     abfiltriert,    gewaschen und ge  trocknet.  



  Er liefert eine rotviolette     Hydrosulfit-          küpe,    aus der Baumwolle in echten roten Tö-         nen    angefärbt wird. Die Lösung in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure erscheint violett, in  dünnen Schichten blau gefärbt.

The dyestuff which has separated out in an approximately calculated amount is filtered off after cooling, washed and dried.



  He supplies a red-violet hydrosulphite vat from which cotton is dyed in real red tones. The solution in concentrated sulfuric acid appears violet, colored blue in thin layers.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpen- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Perylentetracarbonsäure mit einer Lö sung von Äthylamin kondensiert, wobei man einen Farbstoff erhält, der in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure violett löslich ist und aus rotvioletter Hydrosulfitküpe Baumwolle in echten roten Tönen anfärbt.
