Abstract

L'invention porte sur une tôle d'acier chimiquement convertie ayant un film de revêtement chimiquement converti, formée par revêtement d'une tôle d'acier portant un placage à base de Zn d'une solution de traitement de conversion chimique et séchage de cette dernière. Le film de revêtement chimiquement converti est constitué d'une première couche chimiquement convertie comprenant du V, du Mo et du P et d'une seconde couche chimiquement convertie disposée sur ladite couche et comprenant un sel d'oxoacide de métal du groupe 4A et le rapport du V pentavalent à la totalité du V dans le film de revêtement chimiquement converti est supérieur ou égal à 0,7. La solution de traitement de conversion chimique comprend des proportions précises de V, de Mo, d'une amine, du sel d'oxoacide de métal du groupe 4A et de P et ne comprend pratiquement pas de résines hydrophiles, de fluor ou de silicium.
