Abstract

L'invention concerne un moule destiné à produire une pièce moulée composée de matière fondue métallique (S) dans une cavité de moulage (5) creuse destinée à reproduire une pièce moulée, et comprenant une entrée permettant d'introduire de la matière fondue (M) métallique dans ladite cavité (5), ainsi qu'un dispositif et un procédé, destinés à mouler lesdites matières fondues. Le moule de l'invention permet également d'obtenir un résultat de moulage optimisé, même dans des conditions de fonctionnement difficiles, courantes dans la fonderie. De plus, l'utilisation du dispositif et du procédé de l'invention minimisent le risque de blocage provoqué par une augmentation de la pression lors du moulage. Cela peut être évité, car le moule comprend au moins une chambre de compensation (8, 9) reliée à la cavité de moulage (5) par un canal (10, 11) et présentant au moins une partie (8a, 9a) située au-dessus de niveau de remplissage maximum (Fmax) du moule (1) lors de la solidification de la matière fondue métallique (S) :
