Abstract

L'invention concerne un composite en fibre ignifuge comprenant : entre 20 et 85 % de poids en fibres (A) comprenant 100 parties en poids d'un polymère contenant au moins 17 % en poids d'atomes d'halogène et entre 0,5 et 50 parties en poids d'un composé d'antimoine ; entre 5 et 80 % en poids de fibres résistant à la chaleur (B) ; entre 0 et 40 % en poids de fibres de cellulose (C) ; et entre 0 et 40 % en poids de fibres inflammables (D). Lorsque l'on utilise ce composite dans des applications telles qu'un mobilier ou une literie d'intérieur, le composite améliore l'ininflammabilité de matériaux et permet à ceux-ci d'être utilisés dans des champs ou une ininflammabilité plus importante est nécessaire.
